While not entirely a 'tutorial' style I normally would follow it did teach me some things. I did stop/pause/rewind a bunch and to model it ended up taking me about an hour to do but educational nonetheless.
Thanks for the video. It was exactly what happened to mine. Very helpful. Could use a bit more light. A few parts of the video were a bit hard to see Thanks for the info. Have great day.
I got my 97 from my grandpa after he passed and it still had to original motorcraft coils on all 8 cylinders - they don't even make the exact model of coil anymore. I just had to change one of them, and I suspect another has started to fail.. but they damn near made it 30 years , it was actually purchased end of 96, guess they don't make em like they used to eh?
We need more RU-vidrs like you Greg! Perfect fix - clear and simple instructions, with no wasted filler content. Fixed my very same issue within minutes. Thank you. Subscribed and liked!
I pulled all 6 on a 4.2l 02 f150 to clean them, and it was not a piece of cake. It took all day, and those clips that hold them on are super hard putting them back on. I lost one that fell by the firewall and had to pray to Jesus to find it. Unless you're a car mechanical professional, you will need a lot of prayer and small hands. Glory to the Lord Jesus

Amazing video, my friend! Changed plugs and coils this morning and it fixed my problem! I truly appreciate your guidance! On an even better note, I didn't break a single plug while taking them out! Cheers!
what are you using to spray the blade with? Sorry for the newbie question I am learning from square one currently Edit: nvm you gave the answer! Some how I missed this info the first two times I watched this lol.
good to see you up and about , it took me over a year to start getting energy back and two years later I'm still not 100% . Hopefully your body heals faster and gets back 100% soon .
On a number of German cars, the factory workers just zapped the whole thing together like this. Since nothing is really bolted on, they just went to town and layer upon layer went together... It makes disassembly a pretty big task.
I had nothing working on my dispenser panel except for intermittent led lights. I cut out the corroded connector and spliced it back together as the video suggested. This straight forward video got me to the solution quick. Thanks :)
Awesome Job on the build!! Have a 356 Cabrio in the shop that initially came in for fixing the car lift supports.. but now im replacing rocker panel left side, the brackets for the hot air pipes its Outer Panel ,front and back floor panel , Front Pedal panel and a multitude of small fame sections . The previous shop did a really nice job on welding up all the drain openings, I think they were trying to make a boat ....
LOL! It seems that no matter how the repairs are done to these cars, they find a way to rust again! Painting the insides of the panels is a big help. Keeping them out of the elements is the other key to keeping them nice. It seems that no matter how good the rubber is, the rain drops find there way into a nice resting spot where they can whittle away at the car's integrity.
Seems very odd, and obviously the plug already disconnected means he'd already been poking around under there. Corrosion and the displaced single plug connect do not cause the entire plug to separate suddenly. Maybe this could occur, and cause the issue, but it might be advised to coat the plug fittings with an electrical anti-corrosive material to both ease the plug-in, and prevent corrosion again.
that looks like it works great. i once cut a thick piece of aluminum on a miter saw with a diablo blade.. while it cut it really well, i decided to use my fingers to clamp down the aluminum.. well the aluminum shifted and the blade kicked back, launching the aluminum 50 feet in the air and landing on my neighbors property... it zipped past my eye, man i was lucky.. now im a clamp freak.
Hello Greg thank you for the video .. I have a 5.4 triton that I just bought and having a misfire in cylinder 3 only . Underload .. idles and drives ok if you gradually get in to the throttle the repair you done was this the issue and if so what where the symptoms
I need to take apart the shock from the strut, what coil compress do you recommend? the $50-$200 lock like very insecure and the ones at $1200 or more to expensive for a DIY.
Yeah Replacement Panels Never Are Correct!!! That Panel Being Stamped Opposite How It Should Be Is How They Get Around Licensing Laws!!! A Seam A Little Off, The Panel Too Large Or Small, Or A Flip Instead Of A Flop And They Don't Have To Pay The Original Manufacturer!!! Aren't Clecos Just Awesome!!! Love Them!!! Awesome News On The Guitar Jig Business!!! Keep Rocking It Out Brother!!!
Clecos are the BEST! Strangely enough, the Porsche aftermarket panels from most manufacturers are direct drop-ins. I'm not used to that but now I've been spoiled! My gripe is the fact that nothing was square or parallel on a panel that is a rectangle! I would think that the guy operating the sheer could have used a fence to lop that bastard off at a 90 degree (or at least something close!). I've got my fingers crossed on your boat registration!!!!
