Thanks for the lovely video! If I can't get the row 1 seats, is it worth getting the back seats? What if car 1 is no longer available, are the other cars worth the price?
Nice to see what the Romance Car has to offer. One thing that puzzled me. When you were at the ticketing machine, I thought you pressed the button for "Rear" seat (not Ordinary, Nor Front). Yet, on the following screen, you picked "Panoramic View in the Front". So I thought the train was going to go backwards, which is why you picked "Rear". Can you please clarify as I'm clearly misunderstanding how the seating works. I saw another video for going and returning from Hakone...on both trips the people were facing the the read of the train, so they didn't get a nice view of the scenery ahead of them. Appreciate your help. Thx, Ron
As you can see at 1:54 of the video, the buttons labeled "Ordinary seat," "Front," and "Rear" are actually one long button. So even if you tap "Rear" or "Ordinary seat," you can still select the front-facing seat. On the next screen (with two buttons labeled "Panorama view"), you can choose between the front-facing seat and the regular seat. I'm a Japanese user and I used DeepL Translation and DeepL Write, so I'm sorry if the sentences contain mistakes. Thanks, mitsumame

Конничива японский друг.это ничего страшного,что ты пришел на платформу рано.у нас в России есть поговорка-лучше прийти на железнодорожную станцию на полчаса раньше,чем на две минуты позже.
If I take the same train but from Hake Yumoto to Shinjuku, which is the observation car? Car 1 or 5? And does it face the right way? I'm trying to book tickets for tomorrow.
