In my personal opinion, it's plain and simple: what the judge said to Donald Trump only shows cowardice. The judge is _AFRAID_ of the former president. That is my take away on the matter.

I saw it pointed out by another news source that one of the reasons his former presidency does need to be considered is because of secret service protection. They are bound by federal law to protect him as former president, but there's no precedent for how they do this to someone in jail.

I had hope in Judge Merchan. He has run a tight court with the defendant until now. He's no different than the other judges that won't hold 45 accountable for contempt. However, I do believe Judge Chutkan won't play around with 45 once she's able to continue her case.

@@CherylLynn65 that would go for every president lol. Obama used a drone strike on us citizens. Also ordinary people don’t walk around with federal agents 24/7 so trust me he’s not hard to find. Use a lil common sense and take the hate for the man out of it.

He refused to divest or put control in the hands of others during his term of office (as have other presidents).

And it was discovered Trump had a bank account in China & one other country while President! Which is NOT acceptable for a U.S. president. His crimes while in office are so many and he'll never be charged for most of them.
