I've always liked bike motor swaps the only thing that's discouraged me is the clutch and transmission, if a company made a stronger unit to go in place of the factory one to support the added weight of the vehicle, the big issue is even a very small car is at least double the weight of the bike which really strains the bike drivetrain.
