Don’t buy this product as there is no customer service and they refused to take product back, is been a moth seen I return their product and I still have not hear from them on whene I’m getting my money back.
Sleep mode ? ? ? 🤯 HELP 🤯 My work schedule is crazy, I work 3rd and I'm on a rotating schedule. Monday - work Tuesday - work Wednesday - off Thursday - off Friday - work Saturday - work Sunday - work and then next week everything is just the opposite. The sleep mode doesn't work or register my sleep time other than between the hours of 8 pm to 8 am or something like that.
They offered me a replacement and any watch free if I purchased the warranty. Was like ok. Picked the watch. The price jumped to $121!!! That doesn't include a warranty. How is it a replacement if I am buying it. I'll go back to amazafit. Had it for years. Should of just went back to them instead of trying this.
My bravo xl is found by the qwatch app but not my oneplus 9pro Bluetooth settings. Its keeping me from accessing the calling features of your watch. Any suggestions?
Yes, it is a nice watch. I am on mechanic. I work on tractor trailers but the glass has couple scratches in it. That’s the only reason why I dislike this watch. They hyped it up and said it was unbreakable.👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
I received this watch as a Christmas gift and have loved it. It's rugged and does just what I need! However, as of today, my watch will scroll and get stuck. I can't reset the watch or damn near anything. It just stopped responding!!! I can't do anything and it's randomly starting walks, runs, and even badminton! But wont let me do much of anything else!
This is a complete lie! These watches are beyond garbage and pray to your Heavenly Father that you don’t need to contact customers support! I literally spent 5 days getting it to work and begging customer service to let me return it! They kept sending me the FAQs, even telling me to screenshot my process of activating the watch and send it to them. I finally got it working, went to the pool, dove in the water….4 feet deep and stayed in the water for less than 20 seconds, the watched looked like the Titan Sub after imploding….well, it had water behind the crystal and immediately stopped working! This company has an “F” on the Better Business Bureau’s website!!!!!! Total trash and garbage, literally after 5 days it stopped working and I smiled as I threw it in the dumpster!!!!!
I received my Raptor Pro on June 1st, 2024. On June 25 and 27 I wore my watch at our swimming pool. Since the watch face has developed a green hue. I emailed support only to be told that, “water damage was not covered in the 30 day warranty” furthermore I didn’t purchase a warranty package, it would cost $45-$55 dollars for a replacement. I thought these watches were waterproof? My pool isn’t but 6 feee deep🤷♂️. The watch still works; I still love it. I just wish Alpha Gear honored their “waterproof” statement and send me a replacement for free.

Says you get a new battery pack in package to charge after it dies in a year. They lied. Battery not included. Guess they expect you to just buy an upgrade. We'll see how long it lasts
I have this and know how to operate it. All the phone stuff and all works fine great but I’m in the hospital with pneumonia and none of the vital sign gauges are correct. They just give you readings for a healthy person. The air saturation oxygen saturation was off I came in with only 85% saturation and it shows I had 99% … so the admitting nurse called another over and they went through all of these results and compare them to actual results and they said this is criminal so don’t buy it. I just threw 85 bucks away. Remember, we always get we paid for this is no good if you need accurate vitals.
I ordered the Raptor Pro at a discounted price. It arrived in less than a week. It was in perfect working order. It looks awesome. The metal band is also really nice.
Do not buy from this company. I received a watch as a gift. Wore it once and returned it. AlphaGear said “After receiving and inspecting the watch you returned, our team noticed that the item arrived scratched and quite worn. Due to this condition not meeting our return policy requirements, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund for the item.” The watch was not scratched and quite worn whatsoever. Absolutely not. I have an office job. Not chance it was damaged in any way. Pathetic customers service. Impossible return policy. They blocked my initial emails to support when requesting a return. Had to use a second email to get a response. Absolutely not worth your money to gamble here! See my Google review for pics.
Don’t by from this company. Watches are not as advertised! They only give you 3 days to return and then only if they think you have a good reason. They do not answer phone calls to customer service and take two days to answer emails. They take your money way and run. Nothing more than a scam!!!!
Do not waste your money. These watches are not as advertised. If you want customer service and call them they will not answer their phone and may respond by email in a couple of days. Then if you want to return a watch they tell you that you only have 3 days to return it and then only if they think k you have a good reason. They get your money and you get an inferior product that is nothing like what they advertise. Buy a quality product from a reputable business, NOT these guys.
I just got this watch a couple weeks ago. Not a bad watch. I would say that their customer service is terrible, but there would have to BE customer service for it to be terrible. NO answers to any attempts to contact. Do not expect support or help fron this company. And buy a different watch.
Not resistant, not waterproof, nothing. Stopped working after 3 months of regular use, nothing outside of displayed on this video. Avoid this product, very low quality. No support except if you spend another $55 which puts this watch at the same price as any real smart watch.
I bought one of these about a month ago. They are not as advertised. The customer support is horrible. When I discovered my mistake in buying g this and tried to return it I discovered they give you only 3 days to make a return and if you miss it you are stuck. And they do not answer the customer service phone line and take 2 days to respond with a generic message by email. Save your money and buy a good product from a reputable business. You will be glad you did.
I’ve been thinking about buying this, but a 3 day return policy and poor customer service, thank you for letting us know. @alphagear if you can make a better guarantee and extend to greater than a 3 day return policy you’ll get more sales.
Getting this soon. I know it gets mixed reviews, but I really want a watch with a huge, manly, easy to read face, and I cant find any watches with similarly large faces. I dont know why more watches arent made this big. Not everyone likes small whimpy watches.
