My bravo xl is found by the qwatch app but not my oneplus 9pro Bluetooth settings. Its keeping me from accessing the calling features of your watch. Any suggestions?

I just got this watch a couple weeks ago. Not a bad watch. I would say that their customer service is terrible, but there would have to BE customer service for it to be terrible. NO answers to any attempts to contact. Do not expect support or help fron this company. And buy a different watch.
Yeah this is a very entry level smart watch that is inaccurate on fitness metrics. Invest in other smart watches. I have the OG Bravo watch and the power/start button also didn’t work. Reset and Reconfigured probably 6-7x to get it going.
