I received my Raptor Pro on June 1st, 2024. On June 25 and 27 I wore my watch at our swimming pool. Since the watch face has developed a green hue. I emailed support only to be told that, “water damage was not covered in the 30 day warranty” furthermore I didn’t purchase a warranty package, it would cost $45-$55 dollars for a replacement. I thought these watches were waterproof? My pool isn’t but 6 feee deep🤷♂️. The watch still works; I still love it. I just wish Alpha Gear honored their “waterproof” statement and send me a replacement for free.
I received this watch as a Christmas gift and have loved it. It's rugged and does just what I need! However, as of today, my watch will scroll and get stuck. I can't reset the watch or damn near anything. It just stopped responding!!! I can't do anything and it's randomly starting walks, runs, and even badminton! But wont let me do much of anything else!
I have this and know how to operate it. All the phone stuff and all works fine great but I’m in the hospital with pneumonia and none of the vital sign gauges are correct. They just give you readings for a healthy person. The air saturation oxygen saturation was off I came in with only 85% saturation and it shows I had 99% … so the admitting nurse called another over and they went through all of these results and compare them to actual results and they said this is criminal so don’t buy it. I just threw 85 bucks away. Remember, we always get we paid for this is no good if you need accurate vitals.
Can’t get my raptorpro to turn on wen I twisty wrist not sure wats going on an it won’t find my heart beat been moving all over my wrist an nothing I need help
@@feelinglikeandretti2970 I have sleeves and it won’t read my heart or any thing like that I have to put it under my wrist for the heart rate and all that to get readings but maybe reset ur watch I had to an it worked fine
Actually yes I just did that and it started working again lol yesterday it only showed I walked 400 steps bc it wasn't working right and the day before I walked 4000. Last night the watch sent me a message saying maybe you should get up and move around for a little bit 🤣🤣 but it's working correctly now
How long have you had it and how's it holding up?? I'm thinking about getting one but the comments I'm reading on most of the videos on RU-vid are HORRIFIC and the company has NO customer service or email or phone number😂😂😂
@@N3VIUS honestly mine has been holding up well, I work in construction and I’ve banged it all around already lol. I have a screen protector on it so I’m not sure how scratch resistant the screen is cause I have that on there
@@N3VIUS An e mail arrives from the company to confirm your order, then one when it ships. I have used the address provided multiple times and always received a response as well as telling me if I need any assistance, send any messages I need to. As far as the reviews, remember. Some folks you just can't please with eveything they want. After following the directions, I have had no issues at all.
No volume, no explanation, goes to fast to follow and basic instructions, i.e. how to set time not included in watch instructions. Seems like it might be a good watch but I spending hours trying to figure out the basics.
Hi Michael, the watch comes with basic instructions + our videos here. About to set up the time it's done automatically when you sync the watch with your phone. If you don't like to have it connected to your phone, connect it for just a second just for time setting purposes, and then disconnect it and delete the Bluetooth device from your phone.
