Hewan always looks like perfect hug material, a perfect, wholesome ray of sunshine that’d make any bad feelings go away with a hug. I love you, girl x 💕
Honestly both are cool in my book, I’ll watch either or. Your vlogs always have something to take away but are still cool easy to watch or are relatable or fun and interesting to me. I get good ideas and inspo from every kind of vlog. ❤❤❤
I love both! I freaked out when you said you took QA Testing because that's something I am interested in doing. Would love to see more of these day in the life videos.
28 here! Been in supply chain in trucking/Logistics for 3 years(first time in the industry). I am looking to change my career to TECH. My plan is to join the military so i can get a security clearance and gain skills etc. please keep me in prayer as i branch out on this new journey. God bless you sis! Edit: i have no technical skills but i do have transferable soft skills
Hi Hewan! Just found your youtube and became a new subscriber. I'm originally from Hawaii and hope to return home after securing a tech career. Thanks for your motivational videos, aloha!
@@Hewan wow! Congrats to her. I’m taking the EA route into tech due to my 13 years of experience as an administrative assistant/CS call center agent. Ready to move up!
Thanks sis. So where did you take the QA course and is that still relevant? Also what other IT certification have you taken and what field in IT are you currently working in if I may ask?
Im 24 making $15 an hour, and I want to switch to tech. Im currently trying to figure out which area would be best. Your video is inspiring! Tech almost feel so far out of reach, but I'm determined!
I promise you it is not! It feel scary when it’s so broad but you just need dedicated time to peal the onion. I suggest looking into cyber security, business intelligence, cloud computing and IT management as a few avenues
It depends, if you can hold yourself accountable and do online self paces work then I recommend Coursera, Udemy and even RU-vid has some good ones. Buttt if you prefer more of an in class, structured setting then I recommend IT boot camps maybe some that are near you
So as an international student in America, if you want to work on a different field from your study (if I wanted to switch from poli Sci to IT) then I’d have to go back to school and get an IT degree or else I would be out of compliance with my visa. Make sense?
Thank you so much, just found your video and was inspired, I had a gap year of 4years after Highschool. Just resumed school in my country Uganda, Bachelor of Science In AI & Machine Learning, but I thank God for it, would love to travel to the USA and transfer for my degree. Just a bit scared cause I have been denied a Visa 2 times
Sure so I mentioned I had to go back to school because of my visa and in those two years I did my degree in information technology. I took a lot of classes on Project management, data analysis and general information technology.
Love the video! I am also a political science major that wanted to work for the UN. I am now pivoting to tech. Would you mind sharing where you to your courses also the ones you were dabbing into before committing to QA. I am struggling in trying to find a way to crack into the field.
We all start with have no knowledge so it’s normal but find a few courses to take or entry level jobs that can help position you to walk on that path 🤍
@@da1nonlyladie14 ahhh welcome! I work out on base and honestly some of the best facilities are on base especially since there is a base every couple miles it didnt make sense to me to get a membership anywhere else.
