Yes! I tell my kids that problems are ongoing! It’s how well we deal with it, and we can only change ourselves, not others. Kids are going through emotions now. Understandable. So i’m being patient now.

I’m a married, full time doctor with a newborn.. life is hard these days but I still live softly where I can. I too am a fan of David Goggins and while I believe in the soft life for women I don’t believe in “being soft”. You have to work hard to live the soft life. 💪🏾 🤍 As someone who’s had issues with anxiety in the past I appreciate your take on this topic.

2 Things… Discipline means to punish. Look it up. The word you want is self-master. To take control. 2. Soft life is the benefit of hardship. I specifically tie this to becoming a professional or a being blessed as a wife. Hard work means tangible rewards. Being a wife, mother, homemaker, caregiver, partner means other aspects of the marriage is taken care of. No 50-50 bc at the end of the day your partner expects those things just bc you’re a woman. It’s not balanced to be a room mate as well which is why a lot women burnout and the household suffers. Wives should live soft lives; if not you can struggle alone. Just my perceptions. 🙏🏽

1st point makes sense, second only goes for conservatives & traditionalists. Besides the c's & t's, no man in the modern world expects his partner to do everything on their own. As long as they're adults, they know how to do adult things, yk the usual and they expect that from eachother
