You’re such an inspiration Hewan. That TikTok hater can come get these hands. I started my fitness journey in October of 2023 and I’ve fallen in love with strength training and body recomposition. Building your dream physique in the gym is the definition of body positivity. Not only is waking up a blessing but being able to workout and move your body magnifies the blessing.

This was a really good video and I can definitely relate to thinking at times "what is this all for". I LOVE the idea of keeping fit and healthy for yourself but also for when you have kids one day. As a mum of 1 you will definitely be thankful for your health when they're tiring you out, as well as just in general with pregnancy and childbirth it is all so valuable to have a physically healthy body, God willing it will all go well for you sis!

Honestly I think it’s ok to feel what you feel about your body when it comes to having kids. Your body is who you’re, if something will not be ok with it that will make you unhappy . You deserve to be happy ,your kids deserve a happy mother ,same for your husband he deserves a happy wife . So be easy on yourself you’re worried for the right reasons. Take this from a model /wife /mom of 3 . Shape comes back but! Your body doesn’t feel quite the same afterwards 😂

I just moved to hawaii! Do you work out on or off base? Im not sure if its worth it to get a membership somewhere

@@da1nonlyladie14 ahhh welcome! I work out on base and honestly some of the best facilities are on base especially since there is a base every couple miles it didnt make sense to me to get a membership anywhere else.
