Please note I do not place ads on this channel and I don't yet have enough subscribers to be able to control ads on your end. My suggestion is to block ads on your end. Also not sure if downloading the video would include ads. Sorry I'm just a person not a corporation. Here is a spotify link in case that works better spotifyanchor-web.app.link/e/l3uRyxkvYJb
Thank you ❤ they are kind of nice and cute 😊 how regular do you mean they should be done? As a kind of daily exercise, for prevention, or more when stress is rising? I will definately integrate them ❤ 🙏
I think these are great to do daily up to multiple times a day. I personally do them at least once a day. Since they are quick I'm often able to fit in several times a day.
Thank you so much for these exercises! I have been doing the first one for over 2 years now, lying down, and it is so helpful and relaxing. It even helps me clear my migraines sometimes. I will add the 2 others to my daily routine. I love that these exercises are so short yet so efficient!
Namaste. Thank you for this meditation. I haven’t seen it for some time but yes, in the UK, it is littered with ads throughout. I will try to find another version.
I searched all through my settings and I do not have ads turned on anywhere on my end. I do not monetize this channel. I don't know if I need a certain number of followers to be able to turn ads off from popping up on your end, but I do not see them on my end. If you know how to turn them off please let me know. I don't have any ad settings turned on on my side. Thank you.
Girl! Feeling tired lately and drinking Rasa (the spicy rose cacao flavor)... doesn't taste as good as coffee but better for my system. There's also a Calm blend of it that's a good unwind flavor in the evening, tastes better to me than the morning coffee substitute blends. Fun watching your taste test, love you, let's hang out when it works :) PS love the sassy MUG!!!
So basically it’s a more expensive, low calorie vegan diet with supplements and teas. Hmm... I’ve scanned other posts here & elsewhere about this. I haven’t read the research. But if what I suspect is true the results are calculated from subjects coming from a SAD (standard American Diet). If that’s true then the only results would have to be positive in every aspect. On day three of our vegan diet my spouse had to phone the endo re her diabetes meds. She had to stop a couple as the Rx’s were harming. After 4 years he now says another endo wouldn’t know she was diabetic unless she told them. (note we are well aware that it’s only reversed & not cured - she must not go back to the SAD if she wants to stay Healthy. cf Neal Barnard, MD at PCRM) A problem I see is that people will do the 5 days, think they’re better & go back to their SAD, blow their antioxidant store by lunch and enter a starvation recovery state. On the other hand if the person receives proper support and guidance they’ll be encouraged to continue fully plant-based. Otherwise, as with other supplement based plans, only the producers stand to benefit.
Thanks for your comment. Yes, it is a low calorie vegan diet. But, it has been highly researched and formulated specifically to support this process. And yes, it's not meant for 5 days of this and then 25 days of unhealthy. Its great that your spouse was able to reverse her diabetes! I am a big component of lifestyle change and lifestyle medicine. The research is fascinating and this recent documentary is pretty good ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-qKaxPnn_ijk.html
