Working towards eradicating each and every tech support scammer. Follow my journey as I hunt down the operators of these illegal call centers and work with law enforcement, private companies, and fellow scambaiters to shut them down.
It is just stupid to only accept cheque where he said it themselves, victim can cancel it within 3 days. They should take credit or debit card where transaction is immediate and permenant after that they can just run away.
13:50 "Cedric's" accent is kind of convincing.. I'm not an American, but that's not a bad attempt (to my ear) of a 2nd generation American with an Indian influence
At first a call like that , I think of monkeys at the San Diego Zoo Monkey House. I might be in the mood......might not. Monkeys can entertain me for a short while tho. One thing for sure........India and Pakistan and wherever these monkeys are...........it's a big big monkey house habitat for greasy dirty monkeys.
It's amazing how brazen they are. He opens Event Viewer right in front of you and check marks error and critical and then calls it a virus lmao... then he opens Malwarebytes which says "free" at the top and does a scan... most people would see that and say "free? then why am i paying them" lol.
I used to watch this channel often! I remember videos, for example one where he scam baits in reverse. looks like there isn't any new videos as of recently, but I'm glad all the old ones are still viewable. hope this guy is alright!
Michael I love watching ye guys in fortunaly I know absolutely nothing about computers but god bless you and people like you id love to know a bit about computers anyway Ml I only found you to day keep up the good work godbless
The real honest people of India must hate this people as much as the rest of the world. I ty all scambaiter for the time and hard work you put into bring these scum to heel
if you get his girlfreind fired, who maybe an innocent party, i'm not saying she is but she might be, then she'll be unemployed and the pair would have no money coming in. she might then be unemployed and might resort to scamming to gain money. she may be complicit but if she isn't then you're hurting an inocent person. you need to be sure
Very pathetic situation. The scammer guy had to stick to his script and not betray his boss. Yet, hopefully he will contemplate on his present "profession" and his own real worth. Thank you
Can't do much about the overseas ones, unless they're dumb enough to use a real number. Then they can be called back (don't use your real number) and scambaited. But the spoofing is a real pain in the @$$. I got three scam calls one day, two of which were from numbers that were disconnected or not assigned to a customer yet. The third one said "U.S. Navy" on the Caller ID. The "medical alert device" scammer was spoofing one of the numbers at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The best bet, unless you like to troll them, is to just ignore calls from unknown numbers, or as I do (because I don;t want them on my voicemail, either), do a quick "pick up/hang up." I've done that a bunch of times, and only twice has anyone called back. I hated hanging up on "real" calls, but that's the way things are right now.
my number is being spoofed by the stalker who is contining to harass me and it is tiring and getting me very angry! these losers have no lives other than harass and play games like immature middle aged brats
Hello: Thank you for this video on spoofing> However, I need to ask some questions about spoofing and how we can prevent them from calling. I do know that the first ring on a landline provides the phone with all of the information it needed. I do not know how this works when a spoof call comes in. Could you comment on these issues and why the governments, phone companies, ect. do not seem to want to stop this. I do have a block on my land phone placed there by my phone company. Actually, I think the public needs to know more about this issue and what can be done about it. Thanks.
