I'm encouraging everyone to get their nutrient levels checked due to all the research in vitamin D. I've seen several recover well from it and they were previously taking certain nutrients before they got sick.
Really sorry you had to go through all that Sharon. Waking up not being able to breathe is super scary. I’m not sure if they did any scans in the beginning but based off of what was said in the video, they should have done a chest xray and CT chest right from the start. These scans will show whether you actually have pneumonia, bronchitis, or possibly covid (which sometimes shows up as ground glass opacities in the lungs). Hope you recover soon 🥺
The current common treatments for covid is remdesivir (antiviral), decadron (steroid), and convalescent plasma. So it is very important that they give you a proper diagnosis so that you get the right medications.
Hmm maybe also request for an allergy test. I know you love your cats, but just in case 🥺 Sometimes pet dander gets into the lungs and causes difficulty breathing and asthma.
