Hello everyone,
I wanted to share with you what I eat in a day during this time of recovery. Health is so important, and when one thing is out of whack, everything else seems to follow. I truly believe that food and nutrition is a very important part of our daily lives and health, so I'm trying my best to educate myself and do what's best for my body.
**Disclaimer: I'm not a nutritionist, nor am I some sort of professional. I was told to go on this intermittent fasting timeline by my doctor, and warned against eating foods that are high in sugars, so I am being very careful about my fruit consumption and also my carb intake. This is not a diet to lose weight, but simply to try and establish some sort of normalcy in my body.
