I found your video to be very informative however I cannot get my radio to connect to my drone. It was supposed ti be a new drone and still had the plastic over the back display. It came with an extra controller. But I cannot get the radio to connect to the drone. It even came with a ton of extra parts in a milk crate. If there is anything you can do to help me get this thing flying please let me know sir
you paid for a drone that was discontinued from production almost 10years ago? 99% chance batteries are mostly dead as they have not been manufactured since ...2016 That said - the manual have binding procedure. you need to check the channels are setup. follow the steps and it should work. Secondly - shoot an email to Walkera
Hello, are you still able to use the drone? Because the application seems to be out of service and I have the impression that the PowerVison Company has ceased its activity. Thanks for your help
Hey this is me from my other account - no the powerRay is working with some older phones but aside from that.. it's probably dead. PowerVision seems to have left the US at least their site is dead. *I contacted them 6 years ago with serious concerns - at which point they asked me to return the powerRay - this is why the heading now says "not recommended".
Vision+app not working cannot reset password Cannot log in any solution for this problem ? please help.i bought this dint even used ...in water just tested but now this year tried logging in but app says wrong password tried to recover password but it says fail to reset password. Is tyer any other alternate app which can be used?
@@SamirChari-pc8hb unfortunately - probably as to be expected - this is not a current product. its unlikely they have staff who know much about the product today, or the app.
LOL thats 10 years ago, you have shockingly high expectations to my memory. channels are fairly simple, you are using the defaults. throttle, yaw, / Pitch / Roll - then you have an channel for Flight Sim settings and one to retract the landing gear. In the end I tossed the native flight control for the SuperX which was a much better call and worked great. dont use the original Align flight controller.
Super Great explanation. Saved allot of reading. Looking forward to using it. I thought i had everything but my sons proved me wrong for Christmas. I'm a lucky Dad.
My center aluminum brace bent on impact with one of the arms into the ground. It is only bent slightly but it greatly affects its ability to hover steadily. to get a steady flight. I have to replace it now. The carbon fiber is just bending slightly. AND, I broke one of the ESC when this happened. And this was not a hard crash just pretty quick into the ground, grass.
QUIETER IS WHERE ITS AT WITH THE DUCTED FAN DESIGN. Perhaps Design Triangle Configuration with 3 MOTORS. The Footage is Great! Unique Design, want to See equilateral of the Same, add a Motor.🔺. Keep Going!
@@bophoto ok. Was thinking of a Triangular Space in between three engines, so it is important for the Fans to be mounted close, Next to each other? With a minimum of space between engines?
It’s been a while…..I trust your judgment on multi rotors. It’s been so long since you’ve done any so therefore I ended up selling all of mine and don’t trust random equipment. I’ve move to fixed wing and have been dying to get back into to drones again. Hopefully the boom we had about ten years comes back with improvements and cheaper again because $3000+ is ridiculous.
Hi guy i have a question for you . i just changed my esc and rotor . and i want setup with the cable like you video but i dont find the logiciel on internet for setup the next part . can you help me ?
Hello how are you ? Believe it or not I still have my typhoon h480. And I really do still love it. I was watching your antenna mod from years ago on the typhoon h. Nice job. Do you still have your typhoon h ? Keith
HEY keith, yes still got my H, and actually still fly it. its pretty good at hauling 360cameras LOL. though the new walkera pocket drone have become the go-to mostly because Im not afraid of tossing it over the edge of the boat with its toss launch LOL
@@Sailing360 I hear. Ya. Bo. Tossing it would scare me also. I recently had a crash with my age that was my fault. So I'm in the process of putting it all back together. Let me ask you if you remember ? Does the GPS have to be plugged into the circuit board in order to bind the drone ? I'm just getting a red flashing light at the moment. My GPS is not plugged in. Thanks I'm glad you're still making videos. And enjoying sailing. Keith in the USA On RU-vid under KK Motion Pictures
@@KTHKUHNKK LOL that sounds familiar of a question - but a few million questions later - I DO remember KEITH tho. where are you at? boat is on the bay most days.. dog have stopped barking at the sea-lions which is probably a good thing, no need to worry about her jumping in to chase one. im kinda experimenting with 360 and 180-3d which really is "just" stereo images, at this point, super interesting, but have to be consumed in a headset for the actual effect. truth of the matter naturally is, 95% of all content is consumed on smartphones.. sooooo. LOL im probably an idiot for recording this that way.
Dude, my dad got me this for christmas a couple years ago, it was amazing and we were so excited to try it out. Upon our first use i could not get the on board camera to show a live feed onto my phone, besides that, everything was just fine. Second try, same situation, but this time it had randomly shot out of control and started nailing itself to the soft bottom of the muddy pond. Now I have a perfect condition power ray with a vertical motor that doesn’t work
Thanks. I just bought the Powerray to explore underwater world at an area where my wife and I do a lot of ocean fishing. I learnt so much from your video.
fairly low res at 6080x3040 Personally I think its most interesting with the low pricepoint, most have a smartphone and not all have a $500 1-click spherical camera, that said you can not use the result for anything commercial.
Hi Bo once again glad to see your doing well and haven’t forgotten your viewers!! Do you get out and fly the quadcopter’s? I hope you have a Happy Holiday.
Right back at ya -happy holidays Yes do get out playing - actually really need to wrap up a video about the insta360 click-on camera for the Air2 been flying it a good deal and its workable.. keep being conflicted about shooting in VR, but when seen in headset its so darn cool - soooo
@BoLorentzen Big thank you for this detailed video! I'm struggling if I should buy, but this price... I'm sorry if it's not the place but would it be impossible for you to check my VR 3D content on my channel on Quest pro and check how it looks?
since RU-vid don't show more than 4K at this time. it looks the same in the Qpro headset as in the Q2 virtually. probably more interesting is how do your content look on say DeoVR as they let you play actual 8K. ;-) BTW the edges in the car show seems to pixelate a little, what are you shooting on.?
I looked it. Decided to wait for the Pimax Crystal. The fact it has Aspheric lenses, hot swap batteries, 2880x2880 screen, and 140 degree will work better with viewing my 8K content. At roughly the same price Meta Pro doesn't make sense for me.
good point - that said big part of the "meta" is the universe they are trying to create. where do you view 8K content? DeoVR.? Totally agree about the swappable batteries, that is probably my biggest dislike on the Qpro - the fairly short battery life.
@@bophoto I have a R5c with the RF5.2mm I use to shoot family events. I also have been using to create content for youtube of local events. I currently have the Quest 2 but as you know it isn't the best to watching VR180. Meta Pro can only be used for 2 hours and then it's done. The swappable batteries means endless use. I watch youtube and DeoVR. I also upload my videos onto my Quest 2 which is a lot better than youtube compression. Still not where I want to be.
This headset definitely grows on you. The Quest 2 is actually £500 for the larger storage model so it's three times the price, not five. Having used it for six weeks or so now I actually think it is worth the money and is in fact three times better than the Quest. The Quest 2 wasn't good enough for me for high end PCVR, so I had to buy a Vive Pro 2 and a Reverb G2. The Quest Pro not only replaces my Quest 2 for standalone but its also far better than both the Vive Pro 2 and Reverb G2 for PCVR, and completely replaces them. When you then add on all the new features that none of other headsets have like mixed reality, eye and face tracking the headset starts to show its true value.
Hey Kevin - we completely agree - this particularly headset landed in October, and it have grown on me in a big way. the only thing I feel it fall short for is action games where we jump around, the full-face diving mask of the Q2 holds better for that. but other than that - I use this for everything. and I find myself using the headset far more overall than I ever used the Q2 on any given day, simply because the optical experience is head and shoulders above the Q2.
**** Edit - but like I said in the video - I still think its a no-brainer IF the money is not an object.. however that puts the headset still into a $1500+ territory that frankly can be hard to justify for most, unless its a work expense, or you simply are in a position where you can do this and not think about the size of the check too much.
@@bophoto Yes, I agree with you too about the price being a lot, especially for most users as the Quest 3 is ony 11 months or so away which will fufil the needs of most users at a fraction of the price. I absolutely adore this headset though, so many different usecases and it's awesome at all of them. Regarding the headset stability, have you added a top strap? I bought Creative Studioform's top strap and it's awesome, it's so comfortable now as the top of my head takes the weight rather than my forehead. I play in the dark with an IR illuminator and it's gret to have nothing touching my face at all. I can play Half Life Alyx and Beat Saber fine like this and it's very stable, I haven't tried anything more fast paced than those games though in terms of action.
@@kevinbrook7033 im still playing ALYX on the INDEX headset. mostly because I have it. but 30+ minute of beatsaber or SuperNatural gets me too warm and for me the pro slides around a bit. yeah - this have become my go-to headset, its hard to explain, but they tweaked SOOOO many things, its far different and more what I expected VR to be like - than the quest 1 and 2 ever was. Hmmm a head strap.. may have to investigate :-)
@@bophoto I think it's the first headset since the Index to actually improve all areas, even though the Index is ancient no other headset has really surpassed it in anything other than resolution up to now. The Quest Pro just gets so much right and finally feels like a next generation PCVR experience imo. Half Life Alyx at 5408 x 2736 looks so damn good! Definitely recommend the Creative Studioform topstrap. So comfortable now and I no longer have to keep adjusting the headset.
I really want to love the concept - but the stitch is still pretty bad - even with a handful of minor firmware updates. but the idea is great. camera separated on top and bottom of the bird.. just get used to hand-catching and cleaning the lens after each catch LOL
This aircraft is very unbalanced especially without a gimbal. The back is heavier than the front alot. How does it fly with such inbalance? The back 2 props are definitely over working.
@@bophoto I just purchased Yuneec Q500 for a good price it has all the accessories The Drone is White the remote is black is that normal also if I have any problems with it is there someone I can contact for technical support?
Also some how when the drone app asked me to change password for the white black one, It says name not Obtained. How do I reset name and password for white black drone
LOL - you realize Im not the manufacture and not customer support right? it is likely that the app is aging out as its not really a current product being 4-5 years old in the toy-drone world.
