Great video. Bodybuilding and language learning do require a similar amount of planning and dedication. You've gained lots of quality muscle mass! I hope we can see an update when you are doing your bulk this winter. 💪😀And more bodybuilding videos in general - I would be interested in learning about what exercises you are doing on your two upper body and two lower body days.

Everyone learns differently. Some people learn through watching tv and hearing people speak the targeted language, others don't. What works for one, might not work for someone else.
I can't believe a Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest playthrough I want to watch but can't understand because the uploader speaks in German is what finally pushed me here, but oh well, I guess I'm learning German.
The modern Iranian government is re-adding those words back from Arabic and are actively trying to make Iran speak Arabic. By adding Arabic words internationally. I am a second generation immigrant and my Farsi stayed very pure from Arabic but my cousins who do live under the Iranian government their Farsi is very Arabised unfortunately. That damn government is trying to reverse the work of their idol Shah Ismail
Great video. I wish everyone could stick to a workout routine long enough to reap the benefits. It’s so beneficial. One of my favorite quotes is ‘I’m not working out for my beach body, I’m working out for my old lady body.’ It’s so important for well-aging.
I am over 40 years old now, and I remember starting the gym after having my first baby. Before I started working out, I was weak, often got sick, and struggled with self-love. However, after lifting weights for over nine years and practicing yoga and meditation for five years, along with eating healthy food, I now feel more energized than I did ten years ago. I love my body now! I often watch your videos, and I enjoy learning languages. Knowing that you also go to the gym motivates me even more. Thank you for your inspiring content!❤
