Hello, i am world mapper and i love doing alternate histories and scenarios like ww3 scenarios, cold wars, and war simulations. I also like to make some countryball videos about history like cold war and ww2 I am inspired in channels like Neutronex, Hurricane Hunter, kaliningrad general, TheTerrorByte, francisco dojenia, GGG502, Khey pard and some others! I hope that you like my content
I've been busy with graduation and mental health but now I am stable. I hope to create new videos about my series and ofc, with better quality. Nice to see you scenariania
Soviet victory is far more realistic, Italians and Spaniards would have ton of partisans,France too,and Soviet Union would have more than 10 million troops without all those Partisans.(im anti communist)
Germany would not lose as much eastern land in the western victory because the plans to deport Germans to east and west Germany would be interrupted by the allied offensive, as there would be no Germany to deport them to since the Allies occupied east Germany quickly. This leaves them no place to deport the Germans unless they wanted to deport them into parts of Central Asia and Siberia. However, they probably wouldn’t have because it would deprive them of man power to help with infrastructure and industry in the area.
IMO this would lead to popular uprisings in the western countries, probably increasing the support for the Soviet Union and communism. A huge backstab like this and the whole idea of "agitate, spread and revolt" (communism) would go crazy, people would start questioning the authority of the State they live in.
I think an important thing to note is that if Operation Unthinkable was done, it would be wildly unpopular domestically in UK, a world war had just ended, and the last thing the British people would have wanted is to start another.
Brazil would probably join the Axis side, because Getúlio Vargas had relations with Nazi Germany, and Brazil only declared war on the Axis because it was threatened and forced by the United States
The great thing about Operation Unthinkable is that the military issue is not the most important one. The Allies had the upper hand as the United States was intact, but the rest were decaying empires struggling to maintain colonial domination. Starting an even bigger war would create social chaos around the world, just thinking about a civil war in the former British Raj would be disastrous. To the point that the USSR could have a boost in morale and international cooperation as The great thing about Operation Unthinkable is that the military issue is not the most important one. Remember that the way we see the USSR is in a post-American victory world and that was far from the case at the time
I know i am 3 years late. I am Argentinian and i know we almost joined the Axis. Was it because of the German? Nope, it was directly from the Japanese. In a previous war against the Russians in 1905, Argentina gave the Japanese Empire some things like battleships and and resources. So, they tried to help the South American Nation by attacking dome British islands that used to be part of Argentina. In exchange to join the Axis.
