@7:72 check out :-= Police & Criminal Evidence Act 1984 section 64A (1A) (a) with the appropriate consent; unless (1B) (a) arrested code D 5:12A they came to collect your image covertly ,, hence Wood v Commissioner of police Court of Appeal (in a majority decision), overturning the High Court decision, found that the claimant's right to privacy (art.8) had been infringed by the taking and ""retention"" of photographs of him by the police. 👆🏻 👉🏻""retaining"" the photographs for more than a few days after the meeting did not bear scrutiny; once it had become clear that Wood had not committed any offence there was NO reasonable basis for fearing that Woods might commit an offence.

The police were commendable in their approach, maintaining good interaction without attempting to obtain personal details. In contrast, the nurse’s behavior was inconsistent with the positive example set by the officers. However, this shouldn’t be held against her, as it's reasonable to expect the police to know it is lawful to film the building, but unreasonable to expect the nurse to have the same legal awareness. While her lack of legal knowledge can be overlooked, what is concerning is her belief that she had the authority to challenge AA and demand answers, despite there being no legal obligation to respond. Moreover, her attempt to pressure the police into taking action suggests an authoritarian tendency, resorting to coercion when her demands were defied, despite lacking any legal grounds for enforcement. Regarding the police using a patrol vehicle to pick up a takeaway: this is a non-issue. Police officers work 12-hour shifts and, like everyone else, need to eat. They're human, and taking a moment for a meal should not be seen as problematic. In conclusion, the police handled the situation well, but the nurse’s actions were a misstep.
Both officers have their ID displayed on their epaulettes. As for the hats, there is no mandate requiring police officers to wear them at all times. While hats are part of the formal uniform and typically worn during public duties, ceremonies, or patrols, officers are not obligated to wear them continuously.
by the way you're lying when you tell them that you're not filming, your camera is on the whole time, I do not know why you have to be so aggressive towards the police, your behaviour was disgusting
What an idiot hands in pockets then arms folded chewing gum clueless .does his mummy know he is out on his own get rid of that baby fluff of your face and smarten yourself up
Im so over all PC vehicle's with the Pedophile Flag Colours on them. And now they have baby rape coloured vehicles with the pink, white and blue. Then again the British courts and CPS Are one of the largest child Trafficers in The UK.
9:21 Meanwhile, totally ignores the real hazard of pricking yourself on a bush (that should be trimmed so it isn’t a hazard to passers-byes) that frequently causes the prick to go septic!
2:55 Funny that, because on a video AB posted, talking to a security guard at a shopping centre, he asked the guard why he didn’t join the police, the answer was, it was better pay for his current position as security!🤔 I suppose the higher they sliver up the greasy pole of corruptio……..I mean, promotion🥺, the higher the pay…..but still……🤔☹️
I have made a complaint over the rude PC in this video. me and a friend, im 64 and she is 55 are both disabled and were incensed to hear that pleb remark that " it is their problem" should any person collapse on the floor and not be able to reach the pull cork handle because the heights were illegally too high. also i noticed he used the excuse for not informing you and videoing you "in case you did'nt like being interrupted" then the fool go's on to interrupt you when you were trying to explain the importance of the emergency pull cord legality. hypocrite with over inflated ego. the first stage of the complaints department phoned me back the next day after my initial complaint, the female officer gave me her name and asked me how i wanted it dealt with, i said she should watch the video without him then he should have to watch it with her and afterwards asked if he could see anything wrong with his behaviour and attitude and would he do anything different next time and learn anything from it. i asked for "local resolution" and the cop said it go's to them first before professional standards. we had a half hour conversation about auditing and UK police which she said she found very enlightening.
His hands and lips were shaking because he knew he was making shit up to get you out of there.... And he was getting so upset because you knew he was making shit up.... Love it...😂😂
