I have an infamous FUNNY story that happened in West Philadelphia back in the 1990s. A black male had robbed a home in our area of vast apartment and homes that were rented to off campus living to the local college students. Well the company's GM's wife called the office that he was in their back yard. Well that radio call went out for anyone to get into/at his home and call police. The company had a vast amount of american and foreign staff. The foreign staff were grounds keeping the properties and were very near the GM's home. By the time my father and I arrived we entered the GM's home and into the backyard, we found at least 4 of our foreign staff on top of the black suspect and a dozen of them surrounding his home. I led the police in when they arrived, they asked my father "would you tell them to let him up we'll take him into custody. The funny thing I said in my book about it (about our lives in Philadelphia), I called that story "that guy must have pissed his pants seeing so many foreign men surround and jump on him" LOL!
Has there ever been a case like these but it's 2 seperate people that just happened to go drive something around destroying things? But they randomly ended up running into eachother while doing it.
