Welcome to Blome Outdoors! I like to hunt and fish and typically enjoy making content over that. I also have two trucks that I like to do mods to and work on! If you have any ideas to make the videos better then be sure to put it in the comments. Thanks for watching!
The percentage rating is the visible light getting through, not UV radiation, which isn’t visible. Most tints block >99% UV, which is responsible for skin damage and burning, not much actual heat. And the majority of the heat the sun puts out and heats the car up via is IR radiation, which is of course also not visible, and is blocked significantly more by ceramic tint than other products
Good concept but worthless. Batteries only lasted about six months. When I called about it, they said I needed to ship the batteries back to them on my dime. They sent me new set of batteries. again batteries only lasted about six months. Don’t buy
I got my lifted 2018 f150 tinted 5% all around but nothing on the windshield(on the fence about doing anything on the windshield), for those of you that live in northern states or in Canada during winter months, any issues in the winter with inside of windshield frosting with tint on it? If so, anything to do besides defrosting with heater?🤔Awesome videos by the way Blome Outdoors, I really dig your videos & setup of your truck, please keep up the awesome videos + content👌👍🍺🇨🇦🇺🇸
Let’s be real, none of you are taking the truck off road. It’ll get you to work and the grocery store just fine. I’m curious how it actually does off-road. But I doubt anyone with fuel wheels is actually doing that… Just another bro dozer
I just want enough tint not to be seen by the old people at the Walmart I work. At first I thought I was paranoid. I’m clocked out of work ready to head home, I stop by my coworkers truck to talk to him before I head out. The whole time I got the feeling I’m being watched, old lady staring at us 100 feet away in the parking lot watching us talk. It’s like the movie “it follows” where the camera randomly pans to the creature watching the main character every day. Now I’m cool if I’m on the clock, by all means I get paid enough to be stared at but when I’m clocked out or on break these old people are the worst part of my day I want tint so i can just chill for one second
A few tips to help others: 1. Remove the wheel to make it much easier to remove the wheel well liner, and much easier to reach/access where the antenna base is mounted. 2. You only have to remove the back half of the fasteners on the wheel well liner to pull it back far enough for access. 3. I attached 18 ga steel wire to the end of the old cable, then after the old cable is pulled out used that wire to fish the new cable up into the dash.
I've got a 2013. 5.0 when you come to a red light. The oil pressure would go down. I would rip it up and no problem. The air conditioner might have done that. But I find out when I change my oil it wouldn't do that. What's the Ford says it's just something like a short in it or something. So you might want to change the oil. It only happens at the light. But I put thousands of miles on it never had no problems with it. Then I got a 2016 6 cylinder turbo. I like it pretty well it's cheaper on gas.
Thank you for this video!! You covered everything I wanted to see. I'm on the fence about 15 or 5 in the back windows and rear. I'm a little concerned about how much I can see out of the rear if I did 5%, but during the day I need the privacy
Go with 5 percent. Trust me, 15 is too light you’re going to be pissed. It’s already illegal you might as well just go big or go home. I made that mistake and now i put 3% all the way around. Plus tint is not a reasonable enough reason to be stopped by a cop anymore. You have to be doing something illegal to get a tint ticket now, but you can be pulled over JUST for tint, its now a secondary offense
I had 15 all around and 30 on windshield before, it was easy to see out of no issue as long as its good tint. Good tint will be dark outside and clear inside, make sure you do your research before hand yall
So they are not actual DRL's. DRL's are not turned on with the headlights...I am going to go from the fuse box. The small fuses are activated by the key on....
acquired a sct bdx tune and installed it on my f150 2018 5.0 the detail is that I have seen videos of how it makes the speeds go one at a time without jumping second and fourth I did a test with 87 octane and the speeds remain the same 1 jump at a time 3 from 3 to 5 and so on, I changed to 91 octane and the speeds remain the same from 1 to 3 and from 3 to 5 and so I just want to know why it doesn't do it on my f150 as I have seen in some RU-vid videos that go from 1 to 2 and 3 and so on
Crazy how you started explaining to the viewers about tint % when you started off the video by saying “first off we got as you can tell 0% tint” 😂 if it was 0 % tint then that shit gotta look like a blackhole.
