Two travellers exploring Europe and beyond in their (t)rusty old LDV Convoy camper van. Creating travelogues, filming documentaries, meeting locals, searching for hot springs and pushing our rusty old van to its limits.
Join us as we explore Europe and beyond and follow our incredible journey right here where we'll be sharing travelogues, creating documentaries about some of the world's least discovered corners and lesser-known cultural traditions, and of course bathing in some of Europe's most obscure hot springs.
We've visited 32 countries to date from our home in the furthest west point of Cornwall, England and road-tripped as far East as Georgia and as far South as Santorini. We've been to over 65 hot springs, over 80 National Parks and driven over 100,000 miles on our adventures.
Watching this brings back memories of when I was young and had a 1970 mk one ford escort, it was 17 years old and looked like swiss cheese lol, and always faffing about with the starter, it wasn't a pre engaged type it had separate solenoid.
and their prayers before the Temple are nothing but whistling and clapping of hands. Taste then, [O unbelievers,] this chastisement as an outcome of your persistent denial of the truth 8:35.
I'm still absolutely astonished that LDV made it. I truly thought it was finished after it failed it's MOT back in 2020, let alone the myriad breakdowns you had along the way. Absolutely incredible vehicle, single-handedly restoring LDV's reputation. Top credits to the mechanics in Yerevan, Ankara and others working on an unfamiliar vehicle who managed to get her going again!
Honestly we’re astonished too! To think it managed this whole trip with only a few problems is a miracle, makes us rethink what a “scrap” vehicle is really capable of given a second lease of life. Thanks for watching 😄
Hey this has inspired my husband and I to go hot spring hunting in Spain on our trip in April! Would you be kind to tell me the names of the places you have visited so we can check them out as well?
Hey, I think it was somewhere around £1000 - £3000 for the sheet aluminium, box section and buffalo boards, can’t remember exactly! It was a whole ordeal though, wouldn’t recommend unless you have the skills and knowledge or really enjoy building things with metal (we were neither) 😂
