A few weeks ago, Ian Clark mentions that glucose primarily from pure carbohydrate is the best source of fuel but in this interview he mentions that fat is the best fuel source I’m confused about this?? I understand he mentions that fat for fuel is best. I would love to know more about that I really hope he puts this out to his activation customers.
