Another thing to note is having the Mognet app on your phone to keep an eye on your sales. You can set up a notification time to let you know how much you earned. And something I tend to do once in a while is sell shards. Yeah you need them for crafting but sell at least 1000 of each type. If you have 9999 shards of any type still do 1000 on the market. with crystals at least 100 when you obtain them. and Clusters you can keep or sell 100 of. Here's my recommendation for prices on each type. Shards sell for 20-35 Gil each Crystals sell for 30-45 Gil each Clusters sell for 50-70 Gil each Any questions? No good.
This isn't really something new for expansion releases. Just about every expansion tends to have significant changes, additions, or even subtractions to either add to the job, ease the flow of the jobs performance, or in some cases entirely revamp the job. Sometimes I look forward to the changes, but other times I tend to be less receptive of the changes about to come. I still wish they would work on some of the meter based jobs to allow them to build it similar to how mnk or sam can during transitions, but at least some of the changes are taking into consideration that not having it for a burst window was an issue, sometimes significant issue, once the transition was over, either that or get rid of phase transitions.
Something I've been doing for years is taking advantage of fishing retainers. Fish are time consuming to farm, but the ones used in high-end recipes can also be hunted down by retainers in an hour. I find the fish that's selling for the most and most consistently, send my retainers out on a venture, and then just play for a while. Doesn't get me stupid rich, but it's zero time investment and keeps me at least well off.
How do we discern items that we can easily get again from dungeons and items that we may never find again I have a hard time with expert deliveries because I’m not sure what other class I might want to try and don’t want to get rid of future useful items
Thanks for this. Actually helped reassure me that I have some idea of what I'm doing as a tank. I've never had any complaints from anyone, but I always get really nervous about playing tank because I'm worried about whether or not I'm even doing my job right.
A very efficient way to farm Gil is to use your levequests and only turn in HQ items for crafters, whenever I hit 100 cap I just go turn them in, can make about a million Gil in under an hour, this method is how I accumulated over 125million Gil,

As NIN main i've analyzed that trailer so many times 😅 Here's some you didn't mention: -kunai stacked consumed by Aeolian Edge so it's probably just a dmg buff of sort -the thousand slashes (as i like to call) is basically just new bhavacakra -the poison spit give 40 ninki like meisui, also gives buff of some sort based on effect animation around the player right after using the skill
a missed point about throwing potions is that if you have multiple targets close together you can heal them both by throwing the potion in between doubling your healing potential

the real problem with the market board is that far too many players have no idea how to use it properly to compare prices. Another problem will always remain, that too many players want to sell their stuff with all force and at any price. there are times just hq-items with 1 gil in and all prices ruined once and for all. it is also not checked, at what price items were last sold and also not, how many. main thing one is the cheapest... why can't you set items, such as hot rolls go away, at the same price?

I highly discourage anyone from using automatic reactions, if you have multiple options (unless they aren't really reactions, getting back to that later). You only get one reaction per round and there are multiple situations where you essentially waste your reaction and miss out on damage or even worse: get yourself killed. Making you wizard do a weak attack with their weapon is a really bad idea, if you can save your reaction to block attacks from 5 different enemies with a shield spell. Or maybe you have multiple tadpole users in your party and an enemy cast a spell at low health. You don't want 3 people from your party to blast the enemy with a psionic backlash, if only one said reaction will kill the enemy. I do want to point out though, that there are different type of reactions in the game: true reactions (that happen outside your turn and spend your once per round reaction resource) and reactions, where you decide if you want to do a thing X after an attack roll or a damage roll on your own turn. The true reactions are something that are classified as reactions in tabletop D&D. The latter is something you simply decide to do or not to do in tabletop D&D and they do not spend your reaction resource. There are exceptions to this (a certain weapon in act 3 for example), but these exceptions clearly state that "you can spend a reaction" to do their specific thing.
