Hello, my name is Chad and I have decided to take my RU-vid Channel to the next level! Two summers ago I started chasing around to local Car Shows, I took some pictures I shot some video and then during editing I realized I had rejuvenated a passion for videography, something I had always loved to do from as early as 1988. Being Single and not much strapping me down, I decided to retire at the age of 53 and commit 2 years to my YT channel... Here we go!
I Love Motorsports of all sorts... be it Car Truck Motorbike or Boat, I will always feature something on this channel from where I am at. I am a Dream Chaser for I have achieved several and will always strive for the next! I am geared up and am ready to bring you Great Content with amazing editing that should really be watched on a big screen TV. Jump on board and let's see where this ride takes us, 1st stop is the Philippines!
yes its a nice setup 👍 with inside outside space 😃 thank you the owner, as seen in the video reinforcing his chairs, always is maintaining his business
It’s both right ? Blue n red dragon ? 🐉 The bunny burger 🍔 would definitely be a thought if the numbers worked out with the commitment of the buyers n grand plan. As Eric it’s a solid means of income in Phil’s to not rely just on RU-vid n also occupy boredom lol 😂 If it grows properly then you’ll always have more time to yourself n say after a few years n your US benefits set in you can also look to sell or other invest-mentors to work your way back to full time retirement .. Just thoughts 💭 in the wind.. lol
@@chubsDubC I can tell you the reason why the move. And this information is directly from the owner of the Real Estate at the time. Many do not know that that whole block was purchased by a couple of Expats, with Filipina wife's in the 1980s. The stall that they were leasing on a sublease was needed to gain access to the buildings on the backstreet from Fields Ave, which gave them a much higher rental value. The tenant was told when the lease end that they had to move. But they didn't move and produced a fake lease. It took almost 10 years in court for the hearing and the lease was thrown out. The owner took back his property. Today the building they were in is gone, it is an alley way. That is the real reason they had to move.
Feel bad for so many businesses like this in AC... Inflation has hit so hard that the truth is westerners just don't have that type of expendable income anymore. Many won't say but Ive been here in ph for 16 years now , live in BGC, live an expensive life and have seen the night life here dry up for only tourist. The local targeted spot have taken a BIG hit, good this guy is trying to sell. If he can breakeven he would be lucky.
Interesting and enjoyable having 'places for sale' content..............having a price, subtly quoted by the owner maybe, would add a little spice to the vid.....................totally acknowledging your smart impartial/mentioning in passing approach though..............
as per the owner, it cuts out the “need to know it alls” if people are interested approach the owner maybe the price will be negotiable with the right buyer/fit
You do understand you would only be buying the equipment, name, and rights to the lease, if the landowner allows a transfer? And then if the lease is not recorded on the deed in the Register of Deeds office, Angeles City, you are only buying the lease if the landlord does not sell the property. Leases are void unless recorded with the Register, unless recorded in his office, and very few are.
This vid's focus reminds me of the old saying/conundrum used all over the world when retail times are tough. Accentuated by a retort iirc once made a couple of decades ago in the Australian Parliament when the then Treasurer of the day feeling quite proud of his announcements on budget day in May announced to the chamber he was going to write a book titled "How to succeed in small business" before he could elaborate the call came from the opposite side of the chamber "Start with a big one!"
Hope they get it up and running again. That, and Maverick City were my 2 favorite places to get my beer brain freezes back in the 1980's ! I remember it as being a 2 story place back then. I spent a hell of a lot of time in Korea too, back then we would go to the ROK a couple of times a year, and I can attest to the fact that the culture in the PI is greatly different from Korea. I loved both places but the Filipinos are noted for their gentle, friendly nature but Koreans will literally shove you out of the way if you go too slow on the sidewalk, and bosses over there are to be obeyed QUICKLY or subordinates will get a stiff slap to the kisser, I've seen it happen ! Koreans make the best of friends, or the worst of enemies. Filipinos loved us like Sunday, and treated us like Saturday night . . . long may the feeling grow !!
WOW, you got back on your feet quick. Hope your all better, start hitting the Vitamin C hard. The Music over, keeps getting better and better. Don, CA.
Rozel ia one if not the best in AC Billards. However, there are certain things she does better thats not noted... Like eating McDo Fries but I keep her secret's secret
Looks like I'm going to have pick up billiards again in a few months! I'm sure these ladies can run the table and beat me without even letting me get a chance. You either are using a new camera or these lights are perfect! Thanks for the video.
Well the Philippines ranks better in safety than the United States. Many countries are more dangerous the US ranks 132nd safest country out of 163 countries.
Fun video. Basketball is popular there because everyone can play regardless of economic status. BTW..the players outside shooting was not good...just saying. Thanks for sharing.
The Paris Olympics is someone I will never watch a single event from, will not search any information about the games and do not care who wins. After the totally insulting opening ceremony, want nothing to do with the French.
