Very nice!...I really like you doing the "boots on the ground" vlogs showing the true cost of living at many different levels. That $1,400 US is peanuts compared to what you might get in the US....for someone on the higher end budget, it would be fantastic!...thanks again for the great info!
Nice but the newer subdivisions are shoehorned in. Better looking around Timog Park. The nicest subdivisions are the older ones built around 1980-1990 for US military and workers on base.
Update: Unit is leased for one year, so no longer available. It was reserved within a week and the tenant has now moved in. For those who thought the price was high, one of our Real Estate Agents rented this for a Korean client at 95,000 a month, 10 more than we were asking for the house.
That development was just breaking ground in 2010 when I left AC. WOW how things have changed and pricey too 😮beautifully appointed but at a cost. Mostly Korean residents I would say especially up there in Korean Town/ Friendship
You are the most wonderful person I have ever seen in my life I wish you more happy and peaceful days I am looking for someone to rent my house for a full year for only $1800... I need this amount quickly...
A tourist from El Paso was electrocuted in a jacuzzi at a rental condo in Puerto Peñasco Mexico recently. Probably not a good idea using one there either unless all the power to it is disconnected.
Sorry, but that comment really makes no sense. If you follow that logic, never travel anywhere in the World. Tourist have died on the way to the airport, on airplanes, in taxis, in the country they travel too. So does that mean you should just stay home? The jacuzzi is made by a leading supplier and has been safety tested, it has a built-in ground fault circuit breaker. The power to the whole CR is fully grounded. The odds of you having a heart attack while entertaining in the jacuzzi are higher than being electrocuted.... so I guess entertaining is also out for you?
@@AngelesCityExpatRentalProperty Spot on following the OPs logic: never go near anything electrical you might get zapped let alone use any gas appliance in case you blow yourself up LOL.
Hey Chubs...thinking about visiting pampanga Aqua Planet water park with family. Any recommendations near the water park to stay at a reasonable price? Thanks in advance. Maybe you and Anne can meet up for drinks when I am there with Fiance visiting.
i dont really know any hotels inside Clark that i could recommend sorry… just a litl fyi, if you are more than 200lbs you may be limited to go on some rides, otherwise the water park is awesome
Ridiculously expensive makes no sense.i could rent something way more private and beautiful for way cheaper this guy will never rent this for that price but good luck
Well, You're entitled to your opinion, but 3 tenants in the last 6 years says in this case your opinion is wrong. FYI, for our freestanding houses, this unit is one of the lower priced units we have. I have said this before, your opinion or anyone's opinion about price is really meaningless. The price is set by the market, what a landlord is willing to rent a unit for, and what a renter is willing to pay for that rental. This unit will be rented shortly, because there is very high demand.
Your wrong don’t be but hurt cause my opinion is actually fact.your opinion of this being a great deal is wrong, but maybe there will be people willing to pay $1600 dollars a moth to live in a third world country in a house with no privacy and no amenities and no reliable transportation to get out of the country side unless you buy a car 😂 you obviously don’t know that for $1600 a month you could live like a king in Manila or cebu and get n a beautiful 2to3bdrm condo with every amenity you could dream of (pool gym work space movie rooms etc…) but hey to each is own I just encourage people to look 👀 on their “own”don’t just take my word for it and please don’t take “you word”for it because there truly is so many other affordable options than this property. Sorry if it’s messing up your commission but don’t worry 😉 you’ll find someone to tax.you act like 3 tenants in 6 yrs is a sign that the price is good😩 seems to me that nobody want to stay long term for a reason $$
Very overpriced in my opinion. It is well done but I just bought brand new four bedroom three bath house on more than a quarter acre for a $2,000 a month mortgage. This is located in the states. I would not want to rent or buy a place in a third world country that is equal to my mortgage in a first world country. The whole reason to move there would be to save money.I'm sure you can get two or three Koreans to go in on renting this place. In my experience they do not have very good business acumen and are not very smart with their money either.
@@eric_188 It is all about location and what the market says. We really do not set the price, the market sets the price, for a house like this in this location the price equal to the comps or a little lower than other properties.
When compared to Thailand renting in the Philippines seems ridiculously high 😮 Too close to the nieghbours also Karaoke and blaring music and dogs barking 24/7
@@chubsDubC Yeah Chubs that's the good thing about concrete construction 👍👍It's crazy how close they put houses there and then they called them unattached lol. My wife and I also bought a house in lipa ,malvar ,Batangas ( since she has dual citizenship). We payed about 3.8 million PHP for 79 sf in 2022 . They are finally just getting finished skim coating and painting. Im now hoping that we will be able to command a good price on Airbnb if this is how much that house is going for. It's about an hour outside of Manila so great location!! We plan on splitting our time between the Philippines and USA in retirement. I feel if you were going to pay 86,000 a month then just buy , but everyone's situation is different. The down payment is just nuts in my opinion .We only put 330000 php down to get ours built.
