Seems to me Arsenal isn’t interested in talking to the media anymore! They stopped telling the journalists things a while ago now. Unfortunately, you guys wouldnt know. No English media is close to the situation in Italy so of course they don’t have the information. That’s just my opinion. Arsenal have no interest in sharing anything with you guys anymore
Hi Charles on Frenkie De Jong, it's my understanding that the huge wages are because they owe him a lot of money due to their financial issues plus a lack of revenue during the lockdowns. The bigger issue with him recently seems to be injuries. I don't want anymore players at the club that would be a doubt for half the season or more.
Zubimendi wants real mad or barca first then us?then we don't want a player who we have to beg to come to us!he can jog the duck on ffs!same with guimares(or whatever!)same with sesko.same with Williams,or dusan vil and the same with any of these melts that don't wanna join us,we are the "Mighty Arse"after all.we aint begging none of yoy to come play for us.ffs!! Ducking ridiculous..Edu and Arteta are making us look like mugs out here..kmt!!tons of other worldies wanna come play for us and at fair dough..I,ll say it again.toney, osimeh, simmons, thuram, forfana, oonana(wots his name, lolol.c wot i did thar?lol) Dembélé are all worldies,no?and they want to come play for us!!!enuff of this bollocks..choose from this list and let's get on with it..us gooners wld be e delighted with any that u choose from that list!! every seasons end its the same old shyte.had enuff of it now!!
Hi Charles 👋, I hope all is good 👋 👦 ☺️ 👍 😊 🙏. I hope Arsenal can sign William Jon Francis as a striker next season. COYE to thrash Denmark 🇩🇰 God willing . Arsenal rocks 🏆 🙏 🤲 🪨 🎸 😎.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia over Osimhen. Would rather pay more for Bruno Guimares and play havertz at 9. Add Neto or Olise though they are injury prone. Not expecting them to play every game. Give them time to settle in and gain fitness.
Sir Charles, if we are no longer focusing on a striker, and Nketiah is likely to be sold, why is Arsenal not promoting Mika Biereth or Chido Martin Obi into the fold? We need to start giving these youngsters a run. There's no point ending up buying them back for £80m in a couple of years after they have left.
Osimhen is a no, no, no. Not PL proven and too much money. I can also see him clashing with Arteta, as both have considerable egos. He will throw his toys out of his pram as soon as he gets benched or substituted!
Hi, Charles. We know Saka carries a lingering Injury issue. Why does it look like Arsenal are not doing much to protect him. How long can he do this before it becomes a full blown problem?
Arsenal should sign youssouf fofana, you cant depend on Thomas.... neto would have been a no brainer however injuries is a concern.... oshimen is a lukaku kind of stricker plays well in italy not in Epl.
Neto last night was very interesting, he seems to be exactly what we need. Quick, left footed, plays off both flanks, darting runs. Maybe more limited minutes will make the injury issues dissapear who knows.
From what you are saying Charles, we can only expect a small if any squad improvement. We need to sell a minimum of 5 so any incomings need to be of a higher quality that will push for a first team start. We have been linked with a ridiculous number of players but all seem to be written off as no goes….
It would be foolish to go for an injury-prone Neto just because he was electric against Czechia when we have an equally injury-riddled ESR who we are trying to get rid off.
Q. Hello Charles, since most of the players linked with moves away are home grown.. Do you think Arsenal will have to wait before making any signings as selling will impact home grown quota.
Charles, we need Neto. Please also include that injury record last year, but still put 11 assists, Pedro Neto, he's a no-brainer, please, Hope Edu and Arteta listening to us.
Hi Charles and TNAT, I'm curious about how the scouting works, when scouts go to games do they sneak in undercover with normal fans or do the clubs give them VIP treatment, or something inbetween or a bit or both? Thanks, Tezzy
Gary Neville🙄made the case for Rice to play as a 8 at least for England and you could argue he meant the same for club also. I am not sure why we have to pigeon-hole him when he can do both 6&8 we can use him beside another player that can also do both and either assign them their position game by game or as they get accustomed to each other's game, adapt to in-game situations.
Because as great as Rice may be when it comes to protecting the back 4 and tracking back, you see so many deficiencies in his game with all the simple progressive passes he refuse to make or isn’t capable of making. And when you’re playing for a team that dominates the ball and isn’t supposed to sit back and absorb pressure like West Ham, that lack of ability to make those passes that keeps the offense on schedule becomes apparent why Rice shouldn’t play the 6 for ball dominant teams and you don’t have to be a broadcaster to notice that. These passes we speak of isn’t Odegaard level passes expected to dissect defenses to put a striker thru for one on one with the keeper - they are merely passes your cdm needs to make regardless of how good every forward player is to maintain the attacking momentum before the defense gets set. To put it simply, it’s the grease that keeps the gears churning and Rice doesn’t have that in his game which is why our offense bugs down when Rice plays the 6. You can get away with Rice as a 6 against average team because eventually one of your forward might produce something individually to get you a goal. But against good teams the offense slows down and everything becomes a chore. Jorginho might be on his last legs and can’t run anymore but he suits Arsenal better playing the 6 position than Rice because he can still make these simple passes we speak of. Rice is great shielding the defense, getting back when the play breaks down and good at playing the 8 position because he’s not been asked to make these grease passes. But if you’re playing a game you’re expected to attack frequently then he’s not your man at the 6 position. It’s that simple.
Hi Charles and TNAT, when it comes to a number 9 do you believe there is anyone on the market that can play that role for Arsenal better than Havertz he seems to fit the role perfectly I worry that if we bring in a new 9 it will hinder us letting him get used to the system.
Hey CW hope all is well i think the perfect signing would be Mohammed Kudus he can play in the midfield and as a right or left winger maybe in a deal that includes ESR and some cash what's your thoughts on that. Ashwin from Cape Town
I find it funny how a player can have 1 good international game and then all of a sudden everyone is screaming that we need them 😂 (I’ve wanted Neto for a couple years now). And the other way round too. Onana has 1 bad international game (just like their whole team) and suddenly the whole consensus on him has shifted. (I wouldn’t MIND signing him, better than nobody - but he shouldn’t be higher than 3rd choice MID option)
Hi Charles what a ridiculous thing to say the Sambi got plenty of opportunities that’s completely incorrect!!! When Xhaka was injured he came in and played well, he even got motm against Newcastle but as soon as Xhaka was fit he was back in. Same like ESR last season some players no matter how they play Arteta will still bench them, Emile motm vs Luton when he started his first game in however long NEVER got another start. Whereas Havertz was given game after game to improve and work himself into the side and look what happened to him. If you’ve played a good standard of football you’ll know what it’s like to be given trust and respect and game time, your words for Arteta is that he doesn’t ‘trust’ players. Not true he simply doesn’t allow them the game time to shine. I’ve said this to you before if you take Pep he’ll play his players in bulk throughout the season so they’ll all be ready why he needs them eg’ Doku and Grealish, Alveres and Haarland all the defenders play throughout the season even without injuries!! So back to the point you made Sambi wasn’t given the fair enough chance like some others, FACT!!
