Keto puff puff 3 egg white Sweetner Salt 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup almond flour 1.1/2 backing powder 2tsp psyllium husk 1tsp yeast Hot water Mix all dry ingredients together then add egg white. The boiling water releases the coconut oils. Even desiccated coconut can be used. Use organic with coconut only in the ingredients list. Even a stick blender works and a fine mesh sieve. Keep the pulp for curries and sauces and smoothies etc. be mindful how those cloths are washed and what with. You don’t want toxic laundry powders and liquids to leech into your foods. Almond Cow is a machine that makes this coconut milk and any nut or seed in one minute just like above but in one minute. Almonds do need soaking though.

Are you using almond flour that ground (like a very fine grind?) or almond powder that's so fine its comparable to white flour? I'm thinking of doing this with the almond powder to get a finer texture. Thanks so much for the recipe! 🙂
New subscriber alert, this is absolutely lovely but can the pasta be kept in the refrigerator/freezer for a couple of days if one isn't ready to eat right cutting out n boiling
Good video. You just need a sharper knife plus a better cutting board. Preferably wood one but you can pick up the thin plastic ones at the dollar store which are cheaper.. That should help in cutting produce. I do appreciate the idea & recipe. I have a dehydrator & all the equipment but I've never thought to do the ginger and lemons. I do dry a lot of things like tomatoes, veggies , beef jerky & different herbs.
This recupe looks incredible! Thank you so much!🙏❤️ Can you freeze the pasta if you don't want to cook it right away? Can you dry it out if you dont want it fresh? Also, is this considered one serving?
I am intrigued. Never seen this before, and am wondering what to use it for. I have to think that beef flavored bread would be kind of weird, and that would also probably be the most expensive loaf I ever make.
End result is beautiful, both ways. Your channel is the first one I found a few years ago, for making all kinds of meat flours; chicken, beef, fish etc. Grateful to you every time I make something I was inspired to try a few batches in a small, 2-tray mini oven on dehydrate. I also make super thin meat crisps, mostly from beef i find on sale, which are very good. Now I need to find a larger dehydrator Oby Martha~ I cannot be stopped! ~Samantha in AZ/US
Excellent recipe. I always have egg yolk left from making keto bread. One thing though for the viewers outside the USA, please also mention the ingredients in metric, grams, litres etc. I don't know which size cup I should use for the almond flour.
