I'm so happy to see you posting again. I've enjoyed your doughnuts, coconut flour and other recipes. My husband and I are doing carnivore as an elimination diet after having done keto for years. I can't wait to make my own carnivore flour. The storebought are quite pricey. What recipes do you use the flour most often for and how long does it store for you? Thank you. ❤

this is interesting, however i dont see the point in this when milk protein powders exist. unless it costs dramatically less. they make beef,egg white protein powder now and it costs twice as much as milk protein.

Do you think that it would be possible to make chicken flour from ground chicken? I recently saw a video for using a rotisserie chicken and drying the chicken out in the microwave.

How do you store this? In the fridge or can it be out in a cabinet? I realize it's dehydrated but I just can't get over that it's chicken and there are no preservatives in it. I don't want to get sick, LOL.
