That’s easy. Just open your door using the smart card and listen to the serial or the code that will given by the voice prompt. You can also see the serial reflected in the app. Press the *#admin then you press to for user settings , press 2 again to delete then enter the code .

Use that passcode to unlock the door then listen to the serial or code assigned by the lock then press *#admin, press 2 for user , choose the delete user then input the code you want to delete
my problem is that even if the door is locked from the inside; anyone can open it from the front door without using anything, the person can easily enter the house by just lifting the door handle. This means; the key, card, or finger detection never works. what shall I do? thank you

Just do a hard reset if by pressing the reset button inside the battery compartment for 6 seconds until you hear the voice prompt that the lock is restored to factory default settings . Create an admin account after reset to manage the lock and users
Hello , when I set up a temporary password from my cellphone remotely, it shows synchronizing on the tuya app. How can I have the password linked to the smart lock without pressing 9#? Can the linkage be remotely
when i try to install this, the square spindle for the cable housing is free spinning on the fingerprint knob... that means the door is always locked, is there any fix? 2:22
May i ask, i have connect the devics with the apps and i accindentally remove the device form the apps and after that i cannot add the device. Why and how to solve it?
I temporarily set my router to 2.4g before I connected the lock to my home network . I’m not sure if there’s a glitch in the app but this method worked for me . I just enabled the 5ghz band in my router afterwards
You need your phone and the lock to be in the same network to connect or setup but once done , you can manage your lock anywhere as long as you have internet
If it’s connected to your wifi network , Someone has to press 9# , then you will get a notification in your phone asking you to confirm to unlock . Just enable the autolock feature coz you can’t lock it thru your phone
If you touch the finger print panel and if it’s recognized by the lock ma set po ang autolock . If ayaw parin remove muna ang lock para ma test bago ibalik ulet
Sir yung sa amin po nalolock sa loob pero nabubuksan din naman po. Kahit gamitan ng key ganun pa din po.. Pag mali po ba ang pagkaka install eh hindi malolock? Thank you po
Every time you unlock the door it will be reflected in the smart life app or Tuya app. You can also hear the voice response corresponding to the serial.
Hi, just intalled the same model but it does not lock. tried changing all modes like "normally open mode", "passenger mode" but nothing working. any ideas?
Hi ask ko lang bumili ako ng smart lock door knob but still not working po yung finger print ang passwork hindi sya nag open pero tama ang finger print . Pero ang susian gumagana naopen sya
@@kenalmazan2959 for IC card you need to tap once , 4 times sa fingerprint , twice sa passcode . If Wala sa mga yun , reset to factory settings . If failed pa rin, you need to contact your supplier
