To whoever might be watching THIS RECIPE WORKS! I had to adjust the water levels a bit since I used a local wheat flour notorious for being super thirsty. But every other measurement stated in the video worked. Try it
The way you handle everything - mixing, kneading, shaping etc. looks like you have made a lot of bread The end results was a beautiful loaf of bread. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I watched your lesson mainly to see how you used the Vital Wheat Gluten so i can use it in my bread making...I just started grinding wheat berries and making bread.
Thanks Angel for this lovely recipe. It really does look great! 👍 Could you please advice me on the quantity of Oatmeal flour to use with that size cabbage you used, to get a great kenkey. 🙂To get the right "comi or otimi tswaaa" as we say in Ga. 🤩I want to try making it hopefully tomorrow. As I've got some fried Sea bass waiting to be consumed, together with hot scotch bonnet and some "p3ya nku" creamy avocado. Mmm 😋Licking my lips in anticipation.
Radha . .when making bread use window pane test to see if it has been kneaded enough . . stretch a small piece of dough gently you should be able to see light . . if it tears easily when you stretch it needs to be kneaded more . . usually about 10 minutes to knead most bread doughs. . . to see if the 2nd rise is enough use a finger to gently poke in the dough. . if it stays indented needs longer time to rise . . if the area fills in quickly it is ready to bake . . .also if you are almost there you can put the dough in the oven then turn on the heat . . it will rise more . . .
@@MizzDiamond15 I uploaded my first bread demo video featuring your whole wheat bread recipe with a twist of raisins as well as writing your recipe on a dry erase board and my additions that I use to make homemade bread Keep up the awesome Godly work and btw I think I may have mispronounced the name of your channel it was extremely late when I uploaded my videos….search my name or Pohl Schmitt and you should be able to find it …..Blessings 30,000 Fold
Waooo ... I never heard of this rock bun. But the end result looks soft to me, I think I like it, it looks like Nigeria buns. The only difference is that buns ups fried . Good job dear ❤️
I have heard about rock buns before but I have never seen how it is made. Thanks so much for making it simple here. It really came out looking yummy and nice. I would love to have mine with some freshly pressed orange juice. ❤️
Seeing that sardine alone is enough for me. I love sardine in an egg stew. I like the fact that you added oil to blend your tomato, that will actually help to reduce water from the tomatoes. Adding those veggies make it more colorful and yummsdelish.🤪 I will love to eat this with boiled yam fried plantain or boiled plantain. Good job sis❤️✅
The taste must be so yummy. You added oil instead of water to blend. That is interesting. The end result looks so appealing and inviting. I also like adding the veggies at the end . Weldone
