1 cup flaxseed meal
a pinch of salt
a pinch of black pepper
pour flaxseed meal into a bowl and add salt and pepper. mix well and add about 3/4 cup of boiling water and stir till iy forms a dough ball.
divide into 2 and put one on a parchment paper and cover with another parchment paper. use a Rolling pin to roll it till it becomes really thin. use a round bowl to Shape it into a wrap. put your skillet or frying pan on the stove on Low heat, place the wrap in the skillet and let it cook for about 3 minutes, fliñ it to cook in the other side too.
once wrap us ready use any veggies or protein of tour choice for filling and enjoy a very yummy and healthy wrap
