The parent company for the riverboat I work on owns that place. I may be staying there in October for G2E. Excited to see how this place is different from the riverboat.
Sad to see it go…. It will be interesting to see the guitar tower though. We hope to get to see you next year when Ray and Paige and I make our annual trip. Right now we’re going to be there May 18-24. We hope you are well. Gary from NC
So nice of you to come by and say hello to my wife and I, I thought to myself..why does that girl look familiar... LOL. Keep up the great work, you guys were one of the first Vegas vloggers that I subscribed to.✌️ from Denver
Nice video. I have a few questions. First, did you like Vegas strip more at night time or more during daytime and why? Second, do you think Vegas strip is clean or dirty?
You guys are one of the OGs, as far as I'm concerned. You were doing this before Norma, before Ruby, before a lot of them. I'm happy to see you guys are still around and doing this.
THEY TOLD US WHEN THEY CAME IN "OH NOBODY IS GETTING LAID OFF"......MY FAIL SAFE #1 RULE IS - IF THEY ARE SPEAKING THEY ARE LYING!! SO I WAS 100% COVERED.....OTHERS SMART ENOUGH TO SEE THIS THAT HAD YEARS IN WITH MGM SKEDADDLED AS FAST AS THEY COULD AND TRANSFERRED OUT BEFORE THE DEAL WENT THROUGH.....THE DUMB ONES THAT BIT THE HOOK AND SWALLOWED IT ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A JOB STARTING FROM SCRATCH AS A ROOKIE NEW HIRE NOOB WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
Thank you for sharing Erica and hubby you both look happy will miss the Maroge. I was just in Vegas from July 1 till July 7. Glad to be home back to work your waitress friend Debbie in Nebraska.
I was there for a week in 1981. My dad was a Teamsters business agent and we were there for a convention. It was all carte blanche. We had 3 suites and as an almost 22 year old kid, going to the pool all day and charging food and drinks to our room really impressed me. The whole town was crawling with Teamsters and the millions spent on parties at places like Caesar’s Palace was really impressive. Such fond memories of that place. I was sad to see it go (and seeing it like this was eerie). Some of the shops were shown in this (that I purchased clothes from) and it took me right back. It’s sad…. And now the Trop is just another memory being reduced to rubble. My husband and I spent decades going there every summer for as long as two weeks at a time. It definitely went downhill in recent years but we will always cherish the memories we had going back to before places like The Mirage, Treasure Island, New York, New York, MGM Grand were even being planned. We watched that whole town change and in many ways not for the better. Always sad to see history vanish for so called progress.
It looked just as low if not lower when i was there over 20 years ago We were filming the first Transformers movie and had a 3 day set on the Dam. I couldn't believe how low the lake was and i figured it would have been all dried up by now with all the expansion that goes on in vegas
Ridiculous !! The media did their part in festering so much fear that EVERYTHING shut down all for not !! OVER REACTION !!! All this turned out to be all for not... it just took some time, 4 years later people are back to normal !!
@@Robert.Eichler we have a outside compost toilet and the shower is inside our camper parked outside. It’s a work in progress. I have plumbing installed to add a bathroom at the end of the container to push the bed forward. Baby steps and it just works for now

I stayed at the Riviera twice as part of bus tours. I was still just a young teenager and wanted to see Crazy Girls after seeing the ad with the girls' butts, but I was too afraid to even ask my parents whom I was following on the trip. I wasn't even 18 yet too, but I didn't know back then. I never got around to watching the show and I kinda regret it. This video really has that 90s vibe with the dutch camera angles, graphics, narration, and clothing. Really brings home the nostalgic feelings for the 90s.
this is one of my favorits also thanks for respondind withy your video about your trailer i was thinging of doing the same but nt sure where maybe arazona slot world love when u sed that
Watching this after randomly exploring my Apple Maps of my area in SoCal. I saw a random little airstrip less than 10 miles from me and I can’t find any info about it. I live in a populous area but still have dairy land around and this airstrip was about as middle of nowhere as it can get out here.
