Social media became snowflake paradise. Anything you do and say can easily trigger people then they will try and cancel you. How does making 200 pies for some pie throwing event, bad???
Sorry, but your arguments why you did it make no sense. There are so many parts in the world where people are actively dying of hunger and illness, and you support this effed up food waste, it’s sickening. People from this university could get together and try to stop this weird frat tradition and maybe establish a day or an event for donating for famine and poverty stricken countries. The fact that you support that and try to justify it. Beyond my understanding.
Dying of hunger and illness? Well maybe they should figure out solutions then relying on other people for it? You can grow food in your backyard from a simple seed. My grandparents were poor, were born during a war period. Yet they didn't sit around waiting for western help, they grew their own food. Theres no such thing as food waste, the current amount of food can feed many many people thanks to GMOs and other advances.
Why would you support that kind of food waste? Sorry I’m unsubscribing. Especially in times where there are so many famines like in Gaza and Yemen and many other countries in the world.
Ppl ragging u for this but don’t rag on the multi million dollar supermarket and food franchise chains for throwing away perfectly fresh foods everyday all over the day due to “policy”

I know that this has been getting alot of hate, but these people are the kind of people who tell their kids to ship their leftovers to starving kids in Africa. They have no life, I really hope your not listening to the hate! Your not waisting food, i bet the frat party ate some of it.

Are you fucking kidding me? The privilege and blindness to food waste is screaming at me through the screen. You are someone who works in the food industry you should not enable food waste. There are so many people who could’ve eaten those pies or used the ridiculous amount of money you spent to waste food.
There is actually such a thing as Costco Business. You can buy a special membership for it, but a regular membership will get you in the door. I went through one and was impressed. I don't know how the prices compare but I do plan on going back at some point to buy some kitchen equipment that will be a very cheap and good quality upgrade.
@@MichaelBerthelsenNOT supporting that would be a solution. Talking and opening petitions to stopping this shameless food waste. Maybe do a „frat party“ where people can donate for famine struck regions in the world. That would be a great thing.
