Hi Emma, thanks for asking. The music was composed during the last lockdown by my talented nephew Christopher Hall and his friend Joshua Field but isn't available I'm afraid. They are part of a dance music band and are busy with gigs so I'm not sure if they are planning to compose any future ones for me or make them available. I can ask them though when I speak to them next💖
I have CPTSD and I’ve come a long way managing my symptoms through CBT/DBT- but my therapist thinks I can get even better and has me meditating every day. I’ve tried a lot of other channels, but for some reason, this is the only one I can “sit with.” And also- I’ve been told “it’s ok” or “it will get better” a million times and because things haven’t gotten better… I just don’t trust them. But for some reason, I trust you. And this has helped more than you know.

Amaaaaaaazing calming CNS meditation. I don’t know how you do it Linda but you are the only person that your meditations actually calm me down except for when I am in the ocean but my chronic pain has been stopping me from being able to go snorkeling. I’m definitely finding this ascension intense and clearing so much , I found myself wanting to finish half way in (even though I adore your meditations) because I was resisting somehow . Then the tears!!!!! Wowza . Linda you are actually an angel ❤❤❤
I’ve been going through a really rough time. I’ve recently just changed therapist because I’ve learned how to use the CBT and DBT tools. I’ve practiced them enough that they have just the way I think now in most cases. But my new therapist thinks that I am able to get even healthier, and I‘be been assigned meditation every day. I have had such a hard time sitting and calming my mind using many other channels. But for some reason, I’m able to sit through these. And when Linda says “everything is going to be alright” I actually believe her- even though others have been telling me this for ages. I’m very grateful I found this channel snd I share it with all my friends.

I find that the best way to deal with outher stress and frustration and situations that you really cannot change, as it is not «in your hands»-is to calm your inner self. What ever happens around in your invirement, your ability to have a good and comfortavle life, will open it’s posibilities if you heal from deep within. There is were the healing power is settled. All you can do is heal. You can make «impossible» problems possible(to solve) , not by solving THEM but solving YOU(the best you can)❤️ As allways, thank you , Linda🙏❤️
