2 years ago, my husband and I listened for weeks to your "Grieve Meditation" because our oldest dog died. Now we are preparing ourselves for the euthanasia of our youngest dog which will take place on Oct 11th. Your meditation videos really make a difference. Thank you so much 🌺. Hi Linda - this is a perfectly wonderful meditation, with such an ideal combination of your voice, music, and the sound of the ocean. As in other of your meditations, I find the messaging you’ve provided here spot on! So many of us, I’m sure, are vulnerable to high levels of self criticism or self expectations and your words certainly assist me in balancing my take on myself - as I’ve mentioned before I’m constantly at risk of feeling I’m missing doing things that assist my living with MS, as opposed to recognising all the things that I do do! To work through our bodies, emotions, mind and sense of self is so enriching, especially for someone who’s brain has been damaged by this disease - it’s not just my mind focussing on my body that’s beneficial, but nurturing the damaged brain as well! All in all, this is ❤👏❤
