When I try to update firmware following this procedure, threre is no progression on the download tool. What happens is that relays click for infinite time, and in the software in green "Sync" remains. When I stop the update I got an error message : 2-sync fail. I have tried several times. If I understood correctly, there are two redundancies: the A32 Pro software being broken where the manual switch can be used to trigger the contactor and the contactor itself if the A32 Pro dies or the DC PSU dies. Is this correct?
