I wouldnt live in the city of Houston. Living in Katy, Pearland, Sugarland or League City is a lot better for family life or if you want to enjoy Houston and go back to structured civilization.

😂 born and raised. Pretty much agree. Houston is boring. I’m not from here. The foreigners do drive bad they run stop signs. The food is pretty good. If you know where to go. The humidity is horrible the winter is worse I always get the winter blues. Yes they stay in the house all day every day I even had to adjust to that. I’m moving back to the country. It’s always something going on in the country. It’s much safer. Enjoy your life girl.
Going through this. If it wasn't for these videos I would think I'm alone in this. Rebuke and protect your energy from people. Oan I was in a relationship and going through something where I feel more comfortable sleeping with the lights on because of the negative energy that person left behind. I saged and start doing positive affirmations. Your story is so similar to mines. These people have manipulative spirits to the level of other people can complain about them but then forget and turn on you. Narcassist can love on you but they can switch on you. They will sabotage themselves trying to compete or hurt you. They don't think logical, have no empathy and don't care how their lies can affect you. They will know you're recording them and they still don't try to act better but documenting is good to protect your character. I will not deal with certain people because they love to have cookouts and parties but can't speak up when things get real. If you truly love someone you wouldn't watch them sabatoge themselves but people didn't speak up due to jealousy or they was toxic as well. I like how you have receipts, I had to do the same. Keep your head up. Try to find different types of happiness and succeed succeed succeed! 💛
I feel like if you don’t live near a beach or lake you will get bored easily in any major city. What else is there really to do besides shop, eat, go to lounges, and bars? You will get the same results. I live in Arizona it is nice for people who enjoy outdoors “hiking, golfing, offriding, atv wheeling, horseback riding, going to the lake for paddle boarding which is 1-2 hours out. The only thing about Arizona I don’t like is it is extremely too hot to do a majority of those outdoor activities after 10 am, so you are left to do what everyone else is complaining about drinking, going to bars etc. Building hobbies, going to networking and social events is the best way to improve your quality of life no matter where you live. I would move to Houston and fort lauderale has always been my dream place.
I’ve been here five years. I NEEDED to go from Florida too. Same, after a few months, I hated being here. Cool friends, dating isn’t really a problem, but there’s something missing and I can’t pinpoint one things. Traffic, not a pedestrian friendly city, car dependency through the roof, NOBODY walks. The only thing to do for fun is go to a lounge, bar or club. Nobody from anywhere else what’s to visit Houston. I’m going back to Florida soon too. More expensive, yes! Better lifestyle, YES!

The roads are the same here in Arizona the side streets follow the express way every now and then you will be redirected by a turn to get back on the express way.

I'm so much older than you so not sure how we crossed paths on yt, but It's amazing how beautiful, eloquent and strong you are considering your upbringing with a narcissist mother! I'm probably around your mom's age group and have been around men and women exactly like that, and they are very sick and toxic and can't change. They are professional manipulators and will eat you alive if you let them. The sad part is that your mom will get old, possibly sick, and you will be the only one who may end up being the caretaker. I've seen friends go thru it, and people question them on how can they care for parents that treated them horribly. It's unfortunate, but karma will bite her in the ass for the treatment you made you endure. Your mom had mental issues or endured abuse as a child, and needed extensive therapy she never received. Just move on with your life, surrender yourself with good, positive people and creative your own beautiful family.. and mentally bury your mom! Limit videos about her, because narcissists feed off of it because they are on your mind. They're in your head and that's what feeds their sick minds! I cannot watch all of this, but I get it 100%. My mother is a raging narcissist and plays these weird games of evil. She’s very abusive physically as well as all the other ways. She and my father had retired away to NC when my kids were little. So I was not around her except for visiting them each year. So when my kids were grown and gone, and father passed away I moved to NC and moved in with mommy dearest. It was a huge mistake to think anything had changed from childhood. She’s an abuser and always will be. I’m sad for you, but we do have to just grieve not having a loving mother and stay away from the evil.

I had a couple years of therapy, now I'm 34, I don't live with her for more than 10 years, but I still have a nightmares about my family. I' don't know, is this some mental issue or just a shitty personality, but they can ruin a life. Most part of my life I'm ok, but sometimes depression come back. Be strong and take care <3
