It’s always been hard for me to brace my authentic self because growing up going through puberty I didn’t know what it was because I wanted to be like everyone around me and felt like they had a better life. My life wasn’t bad and my parents made sure I had everything but I didn’t feel like enough, as an adult I see now I had more than most and wish I had been myself. As an adult I just speak how I feel and tell people what it is and make my expectations clear especially because I’m a parent of a boy and girl I want to lead by example for them.

Awwww that is crazy cause I believe all kids feel like that .. I think it’s based on a lack of experience at that age we haven’t lived long enough to realize things aren’t as they seem you know .. and I’m so happy to hear that you put setting an example for your kids as a priority.. cause some parents can care less 💛💛💛💛 love you !
