AF did not care enough to even clean off the gross large Bug guts on the windscreen they rather look at it for 8 hours. SMH. I see other airlines pilots cleaning the outside.
@@sandrad3346 That is a question you can answer, my comment is pertaining to the Bug Guts Already there since push back. You can easily see from Taxi to 8:27 cleared for take off when the FO turns on takeoff lights.
Very cool to watch you guys fly the CANUC5 STAR into YVR in real life. Living almost directly beneath this approach route myself (just east of waypoint GOREG) I regularly see and hear a lot of the YVR inbound traffic pass overhead from my place, when 26R is in use for arrivals. I've flown this STAR many times in MSFS, and I have to say watching the real thing, it all seemed very familiar.
I don't fly that much anymore....but I'll tell you this. There is no way in hell I'll fly in a Boeing Aircraft anymore. What was once an elite brand has now been so ruined that trust is a word I wouldn't use when it comes to Boeing.
Is the 777X fully Fly-by‐wire now or do they still use real cable's and trolleys that are hydraulic driven so the pilot can fly the plane and a pro is with this old system cable's and trolleys connected to all flight controls that you can feel the plane more instead of Fly-By-Wire where everything is electronic. No heavy cable and trolley constructions what saves weight but you don't have that force feedback feeling. And please to all France Pilots. Lean and use at least English. In the Netherlands we learned 4 Languages I cluding yours France. But even in a lot of vacations in your country nobody even doctors can't speak English. Why don't you learn the worldwide most used language. PS: I like France for vacation but your country has 1 of the worst school systems where you have school from 8-9pm till 5-6Am and with so much time no time for another language. After the mandatory 2 years you have France you could drop it and that was what I did 😆
777 is one of my favorite airplanes. I’m planning on getting into training to be an airline pilot soon this is my dream airplane by far. Thanks for making this video. Show me how cool it is.
At 3:15 it is NOT Silicone Valley but Silicon Valley. Silicone is a Silicon based material used in breast implants. Silicon is an element used in computer chip manufacturing.
I have a question. I'm not a pilot but I am getting into Microsoft Flight Sim. How many NM do I need to be from the Air to the Runway after turns and how many NM from the runway to the air before making the turns? I just want to be sure when I do fly the A320, I want to fly it just right.
Uniform Personnel gets shit on now... Cops... Pilots ... Fire Fighters ... Public Safety and People in public at low levels that deal with stress and don't have the excuse of "I am having a bad day."
Why not flaring before touchdown. The round out was minimal and also what you could hear was a strait countdown 50 to 10 and bam. At 30 he could do at least nose up a little to lose some vertical speed and then bring her down nice and smoothly.
