I've got News for you all. You can NOT overcook orzo pasta. I tried it purposely b/c I had recent oral surgery that temporarily keeps me from chewing solid foods. I cooked it for 30 minutes in salted water . . . then I drained and transferred it into my pasta sauce and simmered it for over an hour. At the end . . . it was just as firm as it was after the 12 min recommended cooking timed. So . . . for you absent-minded cooks who might forget it on the stove . . . No Problem! For others that share my predicament . . . Not So Much!
This recipe was really delicious. I couldnt stop Eating, especially dipping with the aji verde. I just came home from my peru vacation and wanted to taste the chicken again.

I tried them just 30mins ago.. they turned out so good. I added desiccated coconut onto some instead of chocolate chips(my husband doesn’t like chocolate😂). Even those were amazing. Thank you for the recipe 🫶🏼
I've just made those cookies. What a great recipe! There are soft, and very moist. This is a healthy alternative to classic chocolate chips cookies. Thank you for sharing....😊🙏
