Fudgy Chocolate Brownies without Cocoa powder 

fudgy brownies without cocoa powder!
recipe:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
mix and set aside
in a pan melt 2/3 cups of unsalted butter
melt over medium heat
add 6oz semi-sweet chocolate chips to the melted butter
turn heat off and stir chocolate chips until melted
once chocolate has melted let it cool for 2 to 3 minutes
in a bowl add 2 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar
stir for 1 minute only
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
add the butter and chocolate mixture
mix and add flour slowly
mix until everything is combined - do not over mix
fold in 4 oz chocolate chips with a spatula
line a 8x8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil
spray with non stick cooking spray
pour batter in
bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes
once done baking let it cool completely before slicing.
If you don't let the brownies cool down completely then you will not be able to cut nice clean square pieces
