I just spent over 20 minutes trying to take the cover off. I removed the screws before hands. My days this was so annoyingly tricky. I ended up breaking a clip at the bottom. Very badly designed for dismantling.

Since purchasing it, ru-vid.comUgkxQuBMI30VhO6fDed6NOsYftsoNa8x0UZ5 this fan is a trustworthy companion during the hot nights in Texas for me. The sleep mode is really quiet and gives you smooth wind to cool down. At full speed the fan is quite noisy but also very strong.Only weird thing is that if there is a draught from another fan, the sleep mode would speed up occasionally (getting a bit louder, probably to level 2 out of 4). This never happened so far when I used only this fan though.

Don't forget to take out the other screw towards the bottom or you'll end up breaking it like I did :-)

Given that Tower fans always need cleaning and yet they design them in such a way that they cannot be opened or cleaned, this tells me that any tower fan manufacturer is a selfish, greedy corporation bent on filling landfills with tower fans.

This video has SO much miss information that it's not even funny. That rose you were showing and destroyed didn't have it. You should remove this video before people start ripping up their virus free roses for no reason...The witches broom has nothing to do with the thorns, the broom refers to the excess deformed leaves that grow in bunches so that it actually looks like a broom. Thorn size or big thorns isn't a symptom either, hyper or a mass amount of thorns is a symptom, but they are extremely excessive in RRD, like you can't even see the stem through all the thorns. Also, red growth is completely NORMAL in many roses, especially that dark burgundy red, like your rose had. That is just new growth and will turn green. Dried out buds that don't bloom is a symptom of thrips, which will find all rose growers eventually and is easily managed. That poor rose you killed didn't have RRD and I can't imagine how many destroyed their perfectly healthy roses and couldn't even plant a new one after watching this.

The roses in your video are all healthy normal roses. Please do more research on how to differentiate healthy new shoots and RRD before sharing any mistakes. Sad to see so many people would dig out their healthy roses because of your video.

Various different models and mine had two broken blades. You gave me the courage to ease open the casing (4 self tappers) and superglue the blades back. Beware: we accidentally tipped our fan over when running and this happened.

*Love the size and it fits perfectly in a corner but **Fastly.Cool** the whole room. Really like how you can auto adjust how long you want the fan to be on. It is quite but highly effective.*

It's easier to take the back off and use a leaf blower to get the dust out. 5 minute project done.

Didn't have the same model fan and I was still able to take my fan apart. A flathead screwdriver is almost essential with this process, nevertheless my tower fan came off just like the one in the video did. Thanks!

STOP, please get a yard blower, done the job in 2 mins. No need to take to apart, the fans are cheap anyway.

Thanks for the info! However, WD-40 is a degreaser, not a lubricant. Please use a silicon lubricant to lubricate metal joints.
@samuelrodriguez3826
@samuelrodriguez3826 2 года назад
Actually don't use the WD40 on the fan that will dry out on you. So if your fan starts to get stuck it's because of that use lithium grease it works better and won't make your fan stuck
