Yes its true , sadhna is our energy , source , Jis se hame shakti milti he , and I have also experienced it few past years back when someone says any thing negative to me it affects me too much, but as ishan bhaiya told that we cannot change others but only we can work upon us , so I started practising not to be angry, and not to react on situations, but in all this practising I am also doing YOI , shivyog meditations which helps me so easy to Find peace and be Happy within self as Babaji says har haal me khushi, this is my experience and Yes Babaji ki ye bat bhi ab bilkul practically feel hoti he that "Tum khud Surya bano, tumhare tej se sabhi apne aap sahi ho jayenge", So thanks to my guru, ishan bhaiya Namah Shivay 😇
