on a couple of occasions I’ve I’ve saved up and had like a big curly fro … and every time cutting it all off, no ‘do, just straight flat cut it all off it feels soooooo good - suddenly everything feels possible and morning showers take 90% less time, one swipe with a towel it’s dry and we are ready to roll :)
I had "long" hair in high school and when I graduated, I got it all cut to how it is today. I certainly felt like a new person then. Maybe it's time for another change again.
Hey I like the music and my boyfriend is also very interested in making cool music to enjoy at home? Do you have a link for us , like where to start? I wanted to ask this question after checking your musicbed link. looks like this is not enough to start. Thanks!
MusicBed is a royalty free music service, which is separate from this video because I’m sharing music that I like (which isn’t royalty free - AKA I can’t monetize) Little confused by your question tho - is he trying to produce or learn how to DJ?
@@AshtonJoe I guess I misunderstood, I meant to say that 'produce' at home like you do here. I'm researching for a birthday present for him. I wanted to ask, thank you very much!
@@mindfoodiees oh no haha I'm not producing in this. this is all other artist's tracks I'm mixing. if you're interested in producing I recommend Ableton Live
This format is so nice! It’s so calming to watch but also feels like we are connecting with you more on a different level. I love everything about slow living and living with intentions, so this is just perfect 😊 your sit down vids are also nice but this hits different haha
What’s up dude! It’s really dope to see you try different things out on your journey, because it’s proof that you’re still figuring stuff out just like a lot of other like minded people. The REALLY cool thing is, we’re all learning everyday, and getting better everyday, and we can do it at our own pace. Keep it up dude! Enjoyed this new style a lot as well🤟🏼😁
Exactly dude! We're all just throwing shit at the wall - think that's the process of growth. Also love that perspective man and thanks for sharing. Much love 🖤
I like this more laid back style, I didn't think you could get more laidback than before. I have been working on taking back control, but it has been super hard. I'm starting to think too that I am making excuses to not get in control.
haha thanks man :) I notice that when I'm too comfortable in my environment it's more difficult to take back control so maybe try switching up environments somehow? more time in nature, coffee shops, etc
guys I'd genuinely love your feedback - how do we feel about this new approach? anything you're curious about that you'd like me to share more on? let me know 🫶
Oh man, this exact thing happened to me with making videos. It's funny how big and scary we make things in our head, when in reality when you do it you realize they are little and weak. Awesome cinematography on the b-roll, bro - goals
14:15 I'm goin through this right now, probably for the best because I could do to drop the BF%. I just have to be careful with the increased alcohol intake haha. Sounds like you're going in a good direction. Watching macros, exercise, dedication, & delayed gratification = success
This is so true... I haven't been able to work out in a year, and it impacted everything. A hood find once said, " If you're taking the time and energy to take care of your body, you'll take of everything else " Thanks for the reminder l👏🏽
I just went to the chiropractor a few days ago and i asked him what his every day routine looks like and he says first thing in the morning before he even brushes his teeth he will go on a walk. Ive been wanting to do it but i just havent. Also chaos has been a big theme for me recently too, and learning to find that peaceful calm eye in the center of the storm. So thats why i clicked on this video because it was synchronistic. Then you talk about walks so i was like okay, ima go for a walk. I said hi to my neighbors and felt like i got out a lot of steam and got some thoughts i was avoiding out. When i came back home i was actually pretty exhausted from the walk because its so hot in arizona, and i was able to just chill meditate and zone out without my mind racing. It was super functionally helpful. I love the idea about going on a walk with someone for conflict resolution rather than just sitting down to talk about it. Keep creating dog the content is inspiring
Thanks for sharing this story dude. Think it’s so cool that you experienced those benefits and I love the idea of walking before even brushing your teeth. Feel like doing that sets you on a fresh start and wakes you up in a healthy way. Good stuff man, and thank you for the support!
i love the video! im already doing everything you’ve mentioned in the video but i havent done it for that long. its reassuring to hear im doing all the right things for me to level up. embrace the chaos!
I got caught in the Microsoft drop with Delta so I feel your pain! 5 days stuck in Boston. After travelling from London!! 🤦🏽♀️ I’m sure you’re glad that’s in the past 😬

Ooh my gosh, you mentioned the overthinking part and i saw myself.😅😅. I'm a new RU-vidr, i literally put up my first video a few weeks ago and i had recorded and deleted it more than 7 times and eventually i got exhausted and just decided to post it. Thank you so much for this. Operating from a space of scarcity and being all about likes is a powerful point for me. Thank you for this video and congratulations for the far you've come.
