Hello, My name is Troy Funk. I am the owner of the TNT Moto RU-vid channel. The channel is about my personal Dirt bike restorations, rebuilds, and rides. At the end of these builds, the bikes are sold for the cost of the build. There is no profit made from the sale of the bikes. So come along for the ride and witness how i restore and rebuild these great machines. Don't forget to hit that subscribe button , share with friends and leave some comments.
Thanks , it’s a top cross bike , a think Andre malherbe , Eric geboers and Dave Thorpe driving this one nice to see this , fan Henri put Belgium 🇧🇪 👍👍👍
Oh dang!! Well I guess you are done building them now I hate that I really enjoyed your builds...Maybe find a decent one later on here in the states, thanks for all the videos..
troy we hope to see you again even if you never do another restoration just making videos of small parts restores are cool as well but what ever lies ahead in the future for you i wish you the best and its been a honor watching and talking with you over these past years im sure i speak for those who have came to here to learn and those who will in the future thanks for everything Troy good luck and God Bless "Used knowledge is power, and more than power. It is money, and service, and better living for our fellowmen, and a hundred other good things. But mere knowledge, left unused, has not power in it"
Excellent Video, Amazing job on the restoration! A lot of times those 500's are not really run into the ground is because 90% of people who bought them could barely Ride them! Thanks for Sharing! 😮
Good Job !…I Must say tho…watching you Pull the Motor was a Joke…I would have Pulled that out After taking the Sub frame Tank & Radiators off first …Beautiful Resto tho bud🦾
Always loved the 500's, your restos were the best, firstly hope your health is good and one day costs restore to reasonable levels, hope its going to a great home and you came close to recovering costs, you are a master
AAA Top Shelf # 1 Thanks for the time and videos Troy always appreciate your passion and what you do and all the bike builds you have done you are a Master imo
Very good! Could I ask, do you experience any problems with the glass beads continually settling into the bottom of the slurry mix? I’d have thought there would be as their density will be a lot greater than water.
Beautiful job. I’d love to see you build my two 1990 model 250s. I know I’ll never be able to give them the true restorations they both deserve, hate doing the bikes such a disfavor by letting them continue sitting in the corner
The hours were over 500. hard to say because alot of time is wasted plating time, sandblast time waiting for my compressor to catch up. Too many hours cleaning every little part. Total cost to date and i know i missed stuff is $11400 cad or $8500 usd just in parts and services. No labor costs included in that amount. The bike has sold and is being picked up tomorrow.
I love it!!! Fantastic job. No one knows how hard it is to film and edit something like this unless they’ve done it. Great job! I’m doing a 1985 right now.
Oupstanding work as always. Your videos provide so much knowledge and inspiration and have always helped me with my 88 cr250r build. I learned so much and restoring the tank was incredible. Now this video hits me because I regret recently selling my 1 owner 1983 honda xr350r which looked exactly like this bike. Now that I dont have it there only one thing to do. You know what that is. Im on the hunt already. Thank you for the inspiration and knowledge and motivation.
Wow, you knocked it out of the park! It looks amazing! Can you please link where you bought the blue fork boots? I need to get some for my CR125 build. OEM ones I found look much darker blue. I like the lighter blue you have on the 500. Thnx!
