This .. hit too close to home, I am lying in my bed, crying now .. Still, thank you for this video .. Imma share it around, I know that my friends will need it ..
Right on, thank you for putting words to this!! I've held the thought/belief for a long time that I can never be lonely because I always have myself, and it's helped me change a lot of negative self-talk.
Thank you so much for this. I have been going through stuff recently and i needed this so much. To everyone: you are perfect the way you are. Your biggest insecurity is nothing compared to your heart❤! If someone is rude, they dont deserve you. You mean the world to me. I love you! ❤ stay safe🌺
The Real Work "It may be that when we no longer know what to do we have come to our real work, and that when we no longer know which way to go we have come to our real journey. The mind that is not baffled is not employed. The impeded stream is the one that sings." ~ Wendell Berry
Made a great friend because day 1 of work I recognized someone with light in their eyes. Real people exist we’re just smart enough to not associate around crowds of NPCs.
So true and easy simple method to use..we often forget about our own basic needs as humans when we are carrying to much stress and going on autopilot. Filll up your own cup. Start small with basics and add on❤ Thank you for this. Love this content Cory! 🙏🏻
You might need another human to help you sort things out if you can't. There's always the possibility of deeper, underlying difficulties I suppose. If this little HALT tool isn't that helpful, there are other tools that one can try. Good fortune in your quest! 😊
For me, this means I need to try to make some calls to some people in a foreign language to take care of some business. It's terrifying, but success can't come without a possibility of failure.
Thank you for this very important reminder, Cory. 🙏🏻❤️ As always, I love your authenticity. During meditation, I often ask myself the following two questions over and over again: What am I aware of? Can I let it be?
“You can’t lie to your heart”…for me this means that I can try to pretend it’s OK or not face it but I won’t ever feel that kind of peace inside me until I face it. The chaos that’s in my soul and on my mind and in my heart is there every day because I know it’s weighing on me.
🎉 Cory’s daily text messages are, without exception, so relevant to my life, and how I am evolving. I just turned 63 and on the path to living my dreams in a more vivid ways than ever before. I thank you, Cory, for that daily boost of introspection. It really does mean the world to me.
