I take magnesium at night...for Electrolytes I put 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt under tongue with 1/4 tsp Baking Soda wash it down with lemon juice water with a cap full of Apple Cider Vinegar...........NECTAR OF THE GODS!!!
I’ve been making this almost everyday for a little over a month now and every time I make it I end up getting the shits. Doesn’t matter how much water I use. Do you experience this and if not how can I solve this issue?
That LMNT bloated my stomach so bad, then I found out why it has stevia in it. I am one who cannot tolerate any kind of sweetner. So I gave it away it was just the starter pack.so now I just use celtic salt and water.
It doesn't have caffeine so I don't think it would replace coffee. And it sure doesn't have that wonderful smell that coffee does. But I do drink mine now on my drive to work before my first cup of coffee.

Every time people shop at Amazon and not at a local store they contribute to eliminating our resources. Amazon will eventually be a monopoly and will eliminate the competition leaving us with no choices.
Two things can be true at once. Yes I agree with you. And yes I will continue to shop at Amazon. I started with shoes. I went driving around looking for size 13 E shoes. Wasted tons of gas and time. Go on Amazon and boom. I have a ton of variety delivered in 2 days for free. Now it''t tons of other things that are similar. Hard to beat that. BUTTTTTTTTT, I totally agree with you as well.

@@hossyskitchen6559 Fair. Kind of a driveby comment, not as polite as it could have been. Sorry. I just really get agitated at the normalization of these "sugar-free" options that are in many ways worse than sugar. The alternative would be to stop leaning on sweeteners at all. You stop craving them shortly after you get off the hamster wheel. One thing I've found that could plug into that spot would be Glycine powder, bringing sweetness and other benefits. You could also add some pure fruit juice into the equation as a natural flavour/sweetener as well.

Start with your condiment cup on the scale, tare to zero, do your potassium first, then after filling each cup with the potassium, measure out the ingredients that only require the measuring spoon. Lots of great suggestions in the comments, but really like this, you control the quality of the ingredients. Please don’t drink anything that says “natural flavorings” remember, the kidneys from aborted fetuses falls into that category and is in a popular product like this. Think, the whirl-y thing that moves a boat forward in the water.

What LMNT leaves out of the recipe on their website is ascorbic/citric acid. They used to mention it but never gave the ratio to use. Now I see it's not on the page at all AND they deleted and turned off comments where you could find that info being discussed... So anyway- THAT'S the now-secret missing ingredient that will give the taste/flavor needed!

It is way too salty. My blood pressure sky rocketed when I started drinking it and my doctor told me to stop drinking it. I guess if you make it yourself you can reduce sodium. Love the cost savings.
For those of us living in the world 20oz of water is within a gnat's testicle of 600ml. Himalayan salt is mined and not nice for the environment. I use ONLY sea salt.
In a 1 liter bottle of Evian water my recipe : *I don’t use the malate because it can cause diarrhea My recipe : 1/2 tsp fine pink Himalayan, 1/2 tsp potassium chloride , 1/4 tsp bobs red mill baking soda ( for kidneys)
