Funny how I'd forgotten about that until recently, myself.....I remembered Dartz saying "You CAN'T!" to Yami Yugi, and Yami Yugi yelling "I just DID!" at him, but after rewatching this arc of the anime, and seeing this scene, I thought "Wait a minute.....Did Yami Yugi just steal a former enemy's response to something he said, and then USE it against a later enemy? ......Nice!"

This is exactly how my tier list would be also, but with minor changes, for me the only debatable part is between Ed and Sarah. You forgot about that one episode where Ed altered a time loop that brought the Ed's as toddlers when Double D first meet Ed and Eddy. Ed as a toddler in diapers can literally pick up an entire house with great ease, unlike the strongest object Sarah picked up was the car she used on Nazz. While both Ed and Sarah's strength can indeed place destruction in their environment, that makes Ed's powers much superior than Sarah's because Sarahs powers are just beginning while Ed as the older sibling been picking up houses and apartment complexes when he was in diapers. With my Tier, Ed is in rank S, and Sarah is rank A right there with Rolf and Marie.

Few things to note. First off the Ray of Rich’s, normally I’d agree with you on your opinion but there is 2 major problems. 1. Is that during that scene Johnny used a acorn to throw into Eddy’s mouth, he swallows it and a full grown tree erupts from his mouth and roots itself to the ground. Johnny can do that but Eddy can’t use the Ray of Rich’s? 2. In Big Picture Show it’s shown that Johnny has a secret Melon Layer, I mean if you look at all that was in there the time, the money and all that jazz. I know I know, a cartoon and this is a show where Double D made a plane out of school work and breaking the moon and sky. But if this was imaginary something like that wouldn’t or even shouldn’t exist. The Melon Layer is the jumping the shark moment if the shoe, therefore proofing this wasn’t quite imaginary. 2nd I would’ve put Ed above Marie Kanker. Look, when you get down to it Marie has not shown many good feats in the show. Sure Ed is stupid but his strength, his stamina and even his forms, which Marie dosent have any experience with, outclass Marie big time. Yes the Kankers are strong as a group but Marie vs Ed it probably wouldn’t go well, especially if any of Ed’s forms are used. Speaking of... 3rd Ed’s Monster Form might be known but does that take away from the threat that is the Monster Form? Put that costume on and Ed turns into a different creature, almost litterally. Just because Eddy and Double D knew it was Ed beh8nd the mask didn’t make the threat less real, if anything it makes it worse. It’s more than reliable so,long as nobody gets their hands on the mask and could even possibly over take the Kankers as a group. 4th Double D should’ve been higher. Nazz has one skill, infatuation. Double D has smarts, creativity and inventing skills. Sure, Nazz’s infatuation can be devastating but the problem is that we’ve only see this used once in the entire series during the Golden Pants scene. Meanwhile Double D has shown more consistent abilities that he has been able to use to his advantage. One potentially powerful ability that isn’t tapped into, trained or harnessed versus a skill set that has more versatility, experience and can be just as effective if not more effective in various results. Sorry but Nazz just dosent compare, Douboe Dee has more going him. And that’s my thoughts.
Yeah one minor lesser noticed advantage May has over Marie is ironically being the "Nicest" of the three Kankers means she has the capability to mingle with the other kids of the cul-de-sac if need be. It helps put her above Marie simply because Marie knows if she were ever solo, she'd be completely alone but May does have just enough charisma and charm to herself that she can handle herself if separated, which like Kevin gives her a slight edge over Marie. Plus May never really is shown to have a particular "weakness" unlike Marie to the level of being visibly "defeated". Yes she does get teased by her sisters a lot and has moments where she breaks down, but notice how when Marie breaks down, she usually recedes into the shadows and grimaces a lot knowing she's powerless, while May often just "takes it like it's no big deal" or if it is a big deal, she becomes a serious threat to the point even Lee wants her to calm down, but otherwise is quick to walk off her misfortunes. This kind of help reinforce how May is stronger than Marie. Marie may have that goth girl attitude, but unfortunately for her, her toughness is mostly a facade to cover her weaknesses more akin to Eddy using his charm and wit to avoid direct conflict, but is powerless when it happens. May though, is practically Super armored. She really is only outdone by Lee simply cause Lee is the only one who even in a weakness state is still at the advantage. She's like the type who you set the handicap on max for the opponent and min to her and she's STILL better or at least on par with some of the stronger characters....COMBINED (based on how she often strikes fear into everyone even when vulnerable and though Eddy's brother wasn't counted, SHE pretty much soloed him and made HIM wet himself, and the man was worshipped like a god until they saw how terrible he was. So to have seen all that and still make him say "Hold up...." I think Lee has welded her trophy on the throne. On that note: I think Eddy's brother is probably just under Ed. The kids mostly fear him purely cause of Eddy's lies about how tough he is, but he's only shown ever bullying and abusing Eddy and simply the fact that he's older. yet he's easily overwhelmed by the kids of the cul-de-sac and mostly seems on par with Ed in terms of strength as Ed mostly brushes off his attacks effortlessly. I think the only reason we don't see Ed attack Eddy's brother is simply cause Ed didn't really see the need to attack as Eddy didn't want to reveal he hated him until he was broken down, and once Eddy gave the sign, Ed joined the kids in humiliating Eddy's brother. Sure it was a group effort, but Ed was never defeated by him. making him arguably even just above Eddy tier himself, but it's likely he could beat Nazz and Johnny on account of being older and having street strength under his belt (and those two being pacifists). Johnny was the only one who didn't participate in the brawl cause he wasn't there to hear Eddy's confession, but still, you could argue if he knew about how wicked Eddy's brother was and was serious, he could probably whoop him. So maybe Top of C, bottom of B. Definitely not stronger than Ed.
I would recommend people to listen to the japanese dub . This version is a little too saturday morning cartoon. In the japanese dub hes barely holding his sanity together. Its a lot less doctor klaw and alot more " im gonna skin you after this"
