I was able to get reactivated after I unwittingly opened the application on vacation in Greece. I filed for formal arbitration and was reactivated a couple weeks later. I think that by opening the app out of the country, it thought that I was trying to hack it based on my IP address being from Turkey at the time.
The same thing happened to me. I was deactivated from both Spark and DoorDash but what’s crazy is before this deactivation came about. I got a fraud Dash text like someone sent me a DoorDash order but it was fraud and DoorDash supposedly knew about it.
I got deactivated june6th and sent appeals in ,no answers,support does not no anything about these deactivations,your conversation with them sounds just like mine everything ya talk to them to resolve this with no answer,had great scores and no problems
Yes, my account has been disabled for 5 months for false accusations and usually Asians are the ones who give me bad reviews and most of the time I never see them. As soon as they see a black person a lot of people just give us a bad review and that happens a lot to people of color. It's not okay! You can be friendly and they will still rate you poorly. That sucks, thanks to KuTechie for getting my old Amazon account back perfectly.

So yesterday at 10pm, I apparently took bad selfies and got deactivated. I sent a reply email to the trust team saying that I have a valid license and I can take photos. The support agent assured that they would reactivate me after the trust team contacted me within 24 hours, but nothing happened. I heard about *KuTechie* from a friend and hired them to reactivate me. I was surprised to see more comments here about them.

I was relieved after KuTechie help in getting my account back. I was able to drive an hour after I was reactivated. I was deactivated because a customer accused me of drunk driving, but I don't have a body worn video camera that constantly records audio and video to prove them wrong. I told Walmart support. I have audio and video to prove it's not true. I wasn't drunk, I was deactivated, I didn't stop seeking help until I met kutechie.

Account was deactivated last week, Walmart sent an email saying my account was suspended due to a possible violation of deactivation policy. My customer rating was 4.97 Acceptance was 51% Completion was 90% #KuTechie helped me reactivate my account 💯
Think this happens when they have way to many people working in one area, because Everytime I go to Walmart there's a group of people just waiting on calls, I also was deactivated just the other days after updating my car insurance info, after 4 days of them rejecting the images I was sending of my insurance. had to call and get it fix. Then went to log on and was deactivated.
Not only do they steal tips, they also keep your banking info. I quit Spark about 6 months ago and last month received a payment from JP Morgan Chase for $10 for a job I supposedly did/ Spark said they have nothing to do with JP, bank disagrees. Spark reassured me they do NOT have my banking info but I got into the app even after it was deactivated, only to find this to be untrue. I filed my complaint with the FTC. Will be doing a video on that. Just did one about Shipt. Same thing. It's ridiculous but if enough people complain to the right people, things get done.
This is the weirdest thing that can happen. Just dropped an order and have been asked for a facial scan which I did. Then I got the message “your account has been deactivated “ and there is nobody that can provide a clear reason why. This is not serious.
@@GeminiDZignz Damn man I'm sorry to hear. I did a lot of reading between Wednesday and last night and came across some people saying that you really have to hammer them with emails. I got a few email addresses that I send & copy them all to, I have done that for the past 2 days and will send them the same email every day. I actually spoke to customer service today and demanded that I spoke to a supervisor because I wanted to know the reason why I got banned. I knew it was the facial ID but I wanted them to say it. The supervisor was actually pretty chill and he seemed competent. He was saying that they have a bunch of their engineers trying to solve the issue and that this has happened to 40k+ drivers. He said that since I filed the appeal, that's really it. He was saying that the people who weren't doing anything bad (like me and you) will be reactivated after appeal, but you kind of have to take it with a grain of salt. I will still be emailing them every single day. Sebastian, the supervisor I spoke to said that it shouldn't take the 7-10 days that they say it should. Again, grain of salt. Sorry for typing a lot if you actually read that, but I wanted to try to help you out.
What about when you forget to sign out of spark, and go to update the app, but then you can't sign back in because it says I'm logged in on multiple devices!! Which I am not. And now I been going back and forth with so many diff people from customer service sending tickets to techs. And I been getting nowhere! I haven't been able to make money in 3 days now!!!
My biggest issue is how we fix our metrics if we are not getting orders. I just started Spark recently. The store I use is very anal and likes specific drivers more 🙃 and don't give newbies a chance.. I have done everything they asked me to change..Early on I had a few orders poorly delivered, a couple of wrong addresses, a couple of dogs, and a few left behind items (I always returned to the store when I discovered it). I am down to getting 3 orders a day IF I am lucky. Monday, I got 1 all day long. I've called support whenever i had an issue during all those listed to cover myself as well. Im not sure what I am doing wrong
#WalmartTruth Mass deactivation on today Wednesday July 24th 2024. So many including my brother deactivated after ID verification instantly. No reason or anything. Just deactivated. All over facebook on Spark driver community as of this morning. This has put us at virtually no income now with rent due and our lights cutoff at home. Depending on other lesser paying apps and I guess going back to W2 work. It is sad and a disgrace.
Same thing happened to me this morning. Had all my metrics green and worked for just over two years. When I called, they gave me the appeal run around and explained how the information relevant to my deactivation was personal. My thoughts were , bitch you did it , so just divulge the info as opposed to presenting this fake scenario as to avoid being forthright. I don’t get it however besides this post, I could care less. I won’t even shop at that rat hole anymore.
I had this happen also regarding not being able to verify due to the app not effectively processing my photo. How can they do this for something that isn't the fault of a driver. I am attempting to take a photo of myself to verify myself! This takes away my ability to make money for something that isn't justified. I had no idea that if one attempts more than three times the app automatically deactivates you...crazy for deactivation for trying to follow guidelines!
The same thing happened to me earlier today. Prior to being deactivated, every two days the app would ask for a picture of the front and back of my driver's license, but not the selfie. I only did the selfie my very first time Sparking, and after that it only asked for photos of my license. The app normally says 'can't verify photos' after I take photos of my license multiple times, then a few minutes later I get a message on the app saying 'your photos have been approved'. I have told customer support about this multiple times and I know it's an issue on their end. My driver's license is 100% up to date and doesn't expire until 2031, my insurance is up to date, and I don't have any felonies or anything on my record. Today I was able to do one delivery, and went back to Walmart to wait to do another after I finished the first one and that's when I get the 'your account has been deactivated' message. I was completely livid. It's my only source of income and now I am honestly well and truly fucked. I put in an appeal explaining what happened so hopefully something comes out of that.
I have been deactivate too at the worst time ever. I got no reason why. I did the facial recognition on my drivers license and then the back and within an hour i was deactivated. Its been 4 days already and I still haven't really heard much. I am so so upset that I can't sleep. I am wrapping my heard around what did I do so wrong. I sent them a message today saying I will go into arbiration, even through I am not that kind of person but you just messed with my money and didn't say why. Only response I got was Deactivation Upheld: After reviewing your request to regain access to the Spark Driver App, the decision to deactivate your account remains in place at this time.. What the heck does that even mean.
You can ALWAYS park in my driveway, especially if the delivery is heavy. I treat people as I wish to be treated. I only shop once every 6-8 weeks, and those cans are heavy. The pineapple comes in 24-can boxes without handles. I also let them use my hand truck or my utility wagon if they wish. Also, TIP YOUR DRIVER. They work very hard. As a disabled person, I don't know what I would do without their service. To all delivery drivers: THANK YOU.❤
To me, this is one of the best cards ever I’ve been using it for probably six months now and I get paid after each trip once I close out that trip the pay is in my account instantly
Quick question. I might be moving to Canada next year. If I'm already a Walmart Spark driver in the US, can I use the Walmart Spark platform in Canada?
