This is probably _years_ too late, but here's hoping that, when you have Expresso, you can actually jump on enemies to damage them instead of damaging yourself when you jump on them. Heck, in Donkey Kong Land for the Game Boy, you could jump on _Zingers_ to defeat them if you were riding on Expresso; it was like the opposite of Expresso in DKC!
There's something surreal about seeing Kiddie partnered with Diddy or DK. Edit: Also, where can I download the game (or what they have so far)? Is it ever going to be finished?
My Donkey Kong Country 4 would have been a New Orleans /Swamp theme. Swanky and Funky are at a casino when all the other Kongs get captured so you play as them. One level is a Kremling themed Mardi Gras parade and there are casino bonus games. K Rool has a crocodile skull mask and is into voodoo now. He has voodoo dolls of all the Kongs and uses them to his advantage. Instead of rat enemies you would have possums. Also, there are good Kremlings that help you out along the way. That’s just off the top of my head
I've tried countless times to do the code to get human smoke and I just can't get it to work I don't know what I am doing wrong. Which sucks he is my favorite character. I wish they could have made this easier or have a game genie cheat for this. Ugh
4:50 Super clever bonus game but you should either replace the final steel keg with a TNT barrel or replace the Red Buzz, or replace the Red Buzz with a stationary Koindozer if you want to force the player to attack it from behind. Otherwise it might confuse players who are used to DKC3's enemy mechanics...
listen, I love the DKC series, and I highly respect the effort and love put into this, so please don't interpret this as hate. but please leave this kind of level out of any DKC-related project. or really any platformer in general. DKC is built on momentum and speed-based platforming, and even levels that require you to move at a set pace (e.g. minecart and rocket barrel levels, barrel cannon levels, and DKC1's moving platform levels) still force you to make split second reactions. that is part of what makes these games so fun. the moving platform in this level is so slow and devoid of challenge that it just looks boring to play. even DKC2's infamous balloon level was faster paced and required more reactions from the player than this. nobody plays platformers so they can stand in place and wait.
@@angelvillegas9604 "nah" what? seems like, if anything, _you're_ the one who's trying to decide things. what makes you think they don't accept feedback?
