The music fits the environment so well.. Whoever made it achieved something similar to what david wise achieved. Amazing! I see the environment when im listening to the music and i close my eyes. That is exactly what david wise went for and i can definitely see the that composer is stepping into a legends footsteps.
Rodrigo Boechat did a wonderful job with the Greenleaf Groves BGM. To me it feels like the team is always improving with their level design and BGM. You can watch their interview with English subtitles and see what each individual has to say. They are all talented and their work is appreciated by everybody all over the world. Out of all the DKC4 levels so far this has to be my favorite. The atmosphere and music are true to the DKC series. Not to mention the level design is very similar to the base games. Truly breathtaking!
This whole level is a masterpiece. The design and the music fit so well together. It's very atmospheric and looks like something you would find in a canon DKC game. Well done.

This looks so genuine! If I hadn't known and had there been no clash of enemies, objects from different games I'd think it's an official game! Really loving the new mechanics devteam've thrown in like bouncy mushrooms and TNT destructible floors. And oh my god, that soundtrack!
I did not even know a 4th DK Country came out on the SNES I literally told myself over and over that only 3 were made, I'm gonna have to play this right away haha.
@@duffman18 I realize it now, this video made it seem like there really is a 4th one. I guess its the title and the sophistication of the game itself. I'm not dumb i'm just stupid.

I gotta say the engine looks so 1:1 to the original trilogy's (DKC2 and 3 in particular) that I thought it was a very very well-done romhack at first, they deserve props. Can't believe I'm only finding this just now lol
I love the use of all the assets from each game as well as some custom ones. I don't remember seeing the shiny mushrooms or the stumps that look like you can stand on them in the background before.

@@Joao_Lucas-JKL48 sei que o comentário é antigo, mas ele quis dizer tirar o "fan mande game" do ar... E isso a Nintendo faz muito, estavam fazendo um remake incrível de Chrono Trigger e eles impediram... Sinceramente não sei como não tiraram esses games de DK do ar

Só que a Nintendo não tira qualquer fangame do ar, o pessoal tem que entender que geralmente a galera pega o mesmo jogo e muda ele, de jogos atuais pra falar a verdade, a Nintendo só apaga jogos que cobram por fan game ou que são de jogos atuais, Snes 9x Zsnes, Project 64 e Dolphin estão aí ainda não é a tôa... com muitos jogos, e ainda há fangames muito famosas no mundo a anos!

@@FighterzTv What I said was that actually the dkc3 with the ending in which it kills k rolenstein was not really the final ending, but continues in the dk64 not in this fangame, ok bro :)
@@persona_totalmente_alazar I'm well aware that this is a fan game and not officially canon to the dkc games. Yes I know 64 is set after the events of 3, wrinklys ghost is shown by the events of dk64. No worries bros.
This is probably _years_ too late, but here's hoping that, when you have Expresso, you can actually jump on enemies to damage them instead of damaging yourself when you jump on them. Heck, in Donkey Kong Land for the Game Boy, you could jump on _Zingers_ to defeat them if you were riding on Expresso; it was like the opposite of Expresso in DKC!
I know this sounds like an extremely STUPID question, but would there be any possible way to play this on a Wii, preferably through a WAD? I have the original trilogy on the virtual console, and thought it would be nice to play all the games on the console, especially since the classic controller is so close to the SNES controller.
